Ken came out at 9 pm on a Saturday night when a fitting came unglued and was spewing water all over my yard. I had to shut the water off to the whole house while I tried to find someone to come out, but was told by another 24/7 plumbing service that they wouldn't fix something related to my irrigation system. Everyone else was closed until Monday or not answering calls. Ken came out immediately and had it fixed within about 20 minutes, turning a tear-inducing situation for me into something much less stressful. I highly suggest giving these guys a call for your plumbing needs.

My experience with Legacy was great from start to finish. They quoted me a very competitive price and responded quickly when I needed them. They were flexible and worked with my budget and schedule. I hope I don’t have any plumbing issues ever again, but if I ever do, I will be calling them again.

Flowrite installed a gas line for my fireplace insert, and I was very impressed with the thorough explanation I received about everything that they did. Jesse was courteous and professional, and I haven't had any problems whatsoever with the final product. In fact, I was so impressed that when I needed to have my water heater replaced, I immediately knew who to call. Once again the whole process from the estimate, to scheduling the work, to completion was efficient and professional, and I am very happy (once again) with the finished product. Get invoices from random jobs emailed to me all the time. Might not want to give out to much personal information because you don't know who might be looking at your information!
*Update* They addressed the issue of random invoices being emailed to me, however it seems they were only able to correct it for a few months. So again I would caution providing any personal information as they are not able to keep it very secure

July 2018 In my opinion, the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced! Stay Away! I am a tenant in a house and the landlord contracted with Jeff's Plumbing to complete bathroom plumbing and to remove an old solar water heater system on the roof. After they completed the work, the main technician said they will complete a clean up and that everything was fixed. Guess What? They broke the solar water heater system glass panel in the front yard (thousand and thousands of pieces of safety glass) and LEFT IT FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. Most companies would have put a tarp down to collect the broken glass. Also, there was insulation everywhere from the removed system too. In addition, they left a shower door, framing for the shower door and brand new plumbing parts in the house. Would a good company leave a massive mess for someone else to clean up? This is what you can expect from Jeff's Plumbing! I called their office and immediately complained. They sent a worker to clean up the mess and the first thing he asked me for was a garbage bag. He said he forgot to put items to clean up in his truck. Was he coming to a pool party? He was here for an hour and left without cleaning up the glass. Then the main technician came the following day to vacuum up the glass. He had to go to home depot to get a broom and items for the clean up (guess he was also here for a pool party). When he said he was finished, I could still pick up glass in the yard (a lot is still there) but I told him to just go out of complete frustration. The list goes on with Jeff's company and my suggestion is to never use them. Also, in my experience, they are VERY, VERY RUDE! Stay Away!

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
