We have had a perennial drainage problem in our house since we moved in 3 years ago. Brad Pierson, our Ace plumber, guided us through the possible options, ranging from a simple snaking out the pipes to a complete re-piping of the house (our house is 63 years old), giving us the pros and cons of each solution. We settled on snaking, followed by a high pressure water treatment to better rid the pipes of debris, and we are happy with the results. Brad was friendly, obviously knew his business, and efficient. We would ask for him the next time we need plumbing help.

I found Larry’s plumbing through thumbtack. They were quick to respond and provide the service. I reached out on Sunday and the service was done by Monday evening. Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

The plumber from 1st Plumbing Davis actually gave me a mini-course in plumbing in order to understand the issues and arrive at a solution that my fiance and I were comfortable with. The company was great at communicating arrival windows and even provided a tracking link so that I could track his journey to me and I knew to the moment when he arrived. He was quick in the installation of our new toilet, left no mess and the pricing was fair.

My wife and I had difficulties with our heater. We easily scheduled an appointment and the service technicians who visited our home were polite, courteous, careful and clean. The problem involved a blower motor which was replaced and our heat restored. When there was a concern over the billing and warranty, we dealt with Caleb and our concerns were alleviated to our satisfaction. In the past we have referred our friends and relatives to Park Mechanical and we will continue to do so.

I work @ a retail store here in Davis. And our toilet gets clogged up every week and every week it gets clogged up every single time. Our store has our go to plumber but we’re sick of it. Long story short after 3 different visit from 3 different plumber Eddie who goes by “Ed” was able to fix and contain the problem. Eddie explained to us what the issue was and went right to it. He knew what to do as soon as he saw where it was coming from. Ed took his time to trace the issue, was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and most importantly is that after he was done its like he wasn’t even there like he didn’t touch anything and our bathroom just miraculously started working again. Overall this guy is it. I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with Eddie and would call him whenever I need some leaks stopped in my household. 10 out of 10 great customer service great personality, quick, and clean. They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

Avoid these guys at all cost! Very unprofessional and the worst customer service! I have a garbage disposal that doesn't work. The technician came out and took 30 seconds to determine the garbage disposal needs replacing. Then he says he does not have a garbage disposal in his truck so the part has to be ordered. Why would you go to a service call with a garbage disposal problem without the part to fix it. So, my whole day was wasted waiting on them and now have to waste another day for them to come out one week later to change my garbage disposal. I have home warranty paid for, so I'm stuck with them.

In 2014, Jimmy installed a tankless system in my residence for 5g, the process took 1 day. Although at the time I thought the price was on the high side, I went ahead & went with him based on his experience & knowledge.

In 2015, I had a water leak in my front yard at the box where the water meter is located. County water agency dug a good sized hole & determined it was my responsibility to fix. County water agency diagnosed the fix, a 90 degree plastic elbow that needed to be replaced. I Called Jimmy. At the end of the day, Jimmys co-worker responded, looked in the hole & agreed same diagnosis as county. Co-worker went to the store to get the part, cut the old piece out, installed & glued new piece. Actual labor took approximately 10 minutes. Co-worker than sat in his truck for approximately 1 hour & talked on the phone before driving away. Jimmy charges me $400.

County agency responds back out to inspect the work at which time they approve the fix. County worker asks me who did the work, I tell him Flowrite. He then asks me how much did they charge, I tell him $400. County worker responds with a surprised look & tells me I got gouged on that deal.

I call Jimmy back & tell him what the County worker said. Jimmy gets irritated with the County worker & starts justifying to me why I'm being charged $400.

Summary: Jimmy is knowledgeable experienced, & does good work. After checking with other plumbers, the $15 in parts & 10 minutes it took to fix the leak in my front yard should have been a $125 to $150 service call. I gave Jimmy a chance to make the situation right at which time he made excuses.

Ohh & guess who got to fill in the hole & do all the clean up work.....me.
