We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Sacramento Plumbing Solutions! When I called about our sump pump not working, Mike came out the next morning, crawled under our house, and let us know exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. The very next day, Mike & Anthony worked all day to install the new pump. As with any older house, there's always an issue and they ended up having to jackhammer some cement to install the new sump pump basin. They didn't stop work until 9pm when they finished! And, they didn't charge us any extra for the extra work! Both Mike and Anthony were super nice, professional, and dedicated. We are super happy!

The Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing team are now my go to. We had a leak at the water heater and everyone else that came out wanted to just replace it. Talking with Mr. Ortiz he walked me through a couple simple ch cos over the phone before his guy came out and they were ultimately able to repair a leaking connection rather than the whole water heater saving me time and money. 100% recommend giving them a shot at your business!

My daughter accidently flushed the top part of her siphon hose from her fish tank down our toilet. It got stuck in the neck of the toilet. We could not get it to come out or go all the way down so I called Boyd Plumbing. They had their techician, Sean, come out the same day. Try as he might, he could not get it out either. He gave us 3 options to remedy the problem. Since our toilet was old, we decided to get a new one. We bought the one pictured, Sean came out the next morning and removed the old one and installed the new one. The price quoted and charged, which ended up the same, I think was reasonable. Now, we have a new toilet that will last us another 40 years. I would use Boyd Plumbing again for any other plumbing problem we may occur.

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

Jorge, the technician showed up this morning properly on time. He fixed the toilet after 1 week of me trying to do it myself. He checked both toilets & went outside & checked the surrounding areas. I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
