I called newwrx plumbing on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 – New Years Eve. They were professional, on-time and quickly resolved the issue by replacing a 15yr old garbage disposal. Finally someone who returns your call, shows up as discussed and is absolutely competitive in his pricing. They installed completely new copper plumbing throughout our home, drains, vents, all of it (he's also the only plumber that I had met with that didn't flinch when I said I didn't want pex ,especially since the house is gutted and accessible in all areas). I have used Miracle Works Plumbing numerous times in the past. They are always friendly and caring. When I had a leak in the outdoor water line, they worked hard to find the least expensive way for it to be replaced. This appointment was just for a clogged drain, but Kristopher Smith took the time to go over some things that I could do to prevent this from happening again. I have nothing but high praise for this company and I have enjoyed talking with their entire staff from the plumbers and the team in the office.

They show up on time and really know their stuff!!! They take the time to get the job done, and get it done right. Very very highly recommended!!!

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
