Delayed in arrival due to travel from a long distance. He was able to repair the heater without any difficulties. He was surprised at how dirty the water was in safety pan under the unit. This is a new unit installed last November. The installation crew apparently didn’t check condensation drain piping and that was the cause of the overflow safety switch to shut it down.

The Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing team are now my go to. We had a leak at the water heater and everyone else that came out wanted to just replace it. Talking with Mr. Ortiz he walked me through a couple simple ch cos over the phone before his guy came out and they were ultimately able to repair a leaking connection rather than the whole water heater saving me time and money. 100% recommend giving them a shot at your business!

Expert HVAC tune up and cleaning, plumbing safety check including water heater. Mike the service tech was professional, informative and very thorough. This is not a hurry up service. This service took over an hour and a half and for just $69. Do yourself and your pocket book a favor and go with HUFT. You'll be glad you did.
