We discovered our AC was not working on a Saturday night. We called Ace and set up an appt for Sunday AM, as the attic was way too hot for any person. Dennis came out on Sunday and was very efficient at discovering the problem. He came back the next day with the part and all is working well. I appreciate the call 10-15 minutes ahead of his arrival. We had such a great experience with Jeff's plumbing. Syreeta was excellent with customer service and making sure that we're taking care of as quickly as possible. Adam, Corey, Calvin and Vince were awesome also. It was a big job and they did a fantastic job in making it less stressful! They identify the issue immediately. They were assuring and were trustworthy! There was a tree root that grew over years and broke a pipe which led to us not being able to use our ONLY bathroom without overflowing! Unfortunately this job was not able to be done from the outside so they had to go inside the room to do it!
