Ken did a good job of explaining what needed to be done, and his bid was considerably less than those guys that do premium work with no surprises and charge an appropriately premium price. Our whole house was repiped in week with minimum disturbance to our schedule. Manny and his helper were polite, professional, and good communicators. My wife was especially pleased with their very thorough cleanup after the job was done. We highly recommend them if you need to have your house repiped!

Wall. Prior to that he removed a outdated lathe and plaster vent hood

The trenchless company is AMAZING! We called on a Sunday night at 9pm and pedro was at our home first thing Monday morning, 15 minutes early!!! Before pedro arrived we got a text with his picture and bio. We could also track him on the way to our house. Pedro was efficient, hardworking and honest. I will not use any other company!

Joe was fantastic! He arrived on time in my fathers home. There was an issue of failed toilet with water coming from underneath it as well as failing angle stop. Joe walked me through possible solutions and I opted for replacing both. He also previously replaced failed shower valve that my father took apart. Fantastic service, quality , honesty. I was in desperation to get my Water Heater replaced due to a persistent leak. I called around to a few privately owned plumbers and unfortunately I was not having luck with locating anyone available that morning. By chance while doing a Google Search. Absolutely fantastic company! I needed old angle stops replaced before installing new toilets. It had to be done within a day to stay on schedule and Miracle Works made it happen! Eric from Domco plumbing saved my business. He went the extra mile and made sure that my business was up and running. He was able to explain to me how 5 Star Plumbing ripped me off and did not do the work that I paid them to complete. My mainline was 90% clogged after 5 Star hydrojetted it. Eric should me that the line was 90% clogged as the before and the after. He got my business up and running and I would recommend them to anyone who wants service. I even got a call from Dom early telling me that Eric was going to be 15-20 minutes late due to an emergency job. Eric wasn't even late, showed up, got it done, and now I can operate my business because Domco and Eric saved me. call them for everything. Joseph was my plumbing specialist and repaired my clogged sink within minutes. When 3 other companies wanted to charge me close to $2600 Mr. Rooter did as they promised free estimated and service fee. Joseph was the kindest and most polite- very professional!! A long time employee named Mike came out. I called my warranty company because I heard some sounds in my water heater after I used hot water. My water heater is 16-years-old and working just fine, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. It turns out my water heater is fine, and the Mike explained to me what the sounds I was hearing, which are common sounds coming from a water heater. He was very knowledgable and his explainations made total sense to me.

He also arrived early, which I really appreciated. I hate it when service calls come at the tail end of the time frame of the appointment. Coming early allows me to get on with the day without worrying that I have to wait at home.

So far, so good, so I will request them again from my warranty company if a new issue with my water heater comes up, and if my warranty doesn't cover it, I would be willing to choose them for the repairs.
