I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Eddie was very professional and understanding of the urgency of the matter. Eddie got there quick after a long night of working and still working he did it all with a pleasant and friendly attitude. My drain was unclogged within min of him getting there! Thank you Van go Rooter and Eddie!

OMG! They saved the Day!!! We decided to change the shower head and hot/cold nob and recaulk the bathroom before guest come this week. The shower head went as planned but the hot/cold lever was broken. My husband got it off but couldn't get the broken part out that was stuck in the copper pipe. We had the water shut off for hours already but we couldn't turn the water back on because water was coming out of the wall. Here it is Sunday late afternoon. Who do we call? We went down the list and Ken Stephenson of All Sacramento Plumbing was 20 minutes away!! He arrived, saw what he was up against and then left for Home Depot down the street from us. They were out of the parts and so he drove to Power Inn Home Depot. He found what he needed and got back to us. He got the job done and was on his way! Thank You for being there when we needed you! Your service and price was unbelievable. Thank You so much!

Same Day came out at about 1pm to unplug, later that afternoon I called them to inform that toilet was still not flushing. They advised that they were working on schedule and would call me back with a time. They never called, I followed up the next morning and was advised that I would have to wait for Monday. Very dissatisfied that they did not do the work correctly the first time and now they are having me wait for 3 days. But they sure did take my $$$$

Did not answer their phone and went to voice mail. Skipped them to next plumber.
