I am truly blown away by this company. Kind, intelligent, honest, reliable... I've had an AC unit from you-know-where and these men worked their butts off trying to find a way to fix the issue without charging me an arm and a leg. I expected to have to pay SO much more than we did. They feel like family by the time they leave. I'd recommend them to my grandmother. Love love love them!

When I called them they told me there is a 90$ diagnostic charge and I agreed to that ! Later I found out they charged me $197 without my knowledge ! These people are very deseptive and dishonest! I wouldn't recommend this company!
In my opinion they are literally thieves!

We originally called Bonney for an air-conditioner problem which they responded to promptly. Now we have the BAM maintenance plan which has worked very well for us. Vitalliy Ivanov came out to service our heating, checked it over thoroughly and cleaned it. He told us we have some potential problems and recommended an improved filter system. We really appreciated the advice and recommendation without a ton of sales pressure. Great experience!
