We're so happy with the service we received! We just bought a home and had to fix a sloppy and potentially dangerous repair made by the previous owner. During the estimate, Aaron took the time to make sure we understood everything and our options. He gave us multiple cost scenarios based on what he might find once he started taking everything apart just so there wouldn't be any surprises. When he came back to make the repairs, he was able to do so at the lower cost! Throughout everything he was friendly, professional, punctual, and honest. We will absolutely call them next time we need something.

Joe came to the rescue after I had a bad experience with a large plumbing company. My tenants had a leak from the upstairs shower tub and water was running down the ceiling vent next to my ceiling fan. I called a large company with good reviews on Yelp, but they were wreckless. They asked to break the wall, gave me a quote between $2500-$3500 to replace everything including fixtures.

I decided to get a second opinion through a personal referral but the original plumber didn't service my area so Joe was referred to me.

I called Joe and he answers my call every time. He worked with my tenants work schedule. He assessed my situation and observed the leak came from the spout so he wanted to fix the obvious first. He even wanted to be thorough by having the same brand and model of the spout to make the same fit. He tested the replacement and there wasn't a leak anymore. Joe was honest, efficient, professional and my tenants told me he was so nice!! I am going to refer all my friends and family to Joe!!

Quick response and didn’t leave until it was fixed

They called before appointment time to see if we are available so they can come early. They show up looking very professional with their uniform. Check a few things and determine that it was probably just the toilet itself is the problem. He did try to see if they can fix it. Even though they didn't fix anything this time but will sure give them a call next time if we need. Totally will recommend others to use them

They are dishonest. Dale claims no fee for leak detection then I find a fee of $400 added to the final bill. He then calls in other services without obtaining permission or providing a bid who charge $3200 to run 3 fans for 3 days. Total cost $5151 for small leak in footing which took 1 1/2 hrs to repair
