Mr Rooter will be my go to plumbing service from here on out. First off, not only did they service my water heater same day, the tech pulled up in my drive way within a couple of hours of my initial call. Also, I received 2 status updates advising me that the nearest tech was finishing up another job and that they would let me know when he was on his way. Not only did they call me when the tech was on his way, he showed up 15 minutes earlier than they had estimated.

Furthermore, the technician, Eduardo Zuniga, was extremely professional, courteous, and he did a fantastic job rerouting some pipe and replacing my water heaters pressure relieve valve. I honestly can not believe how efficient he was during the process. Eduardo took his time being methodical, but at the same time got the job done rather quickly. In all sincerity, I am extremely happy with the outcome and will continue to use Mr Rooter for everything plumbing related.

Somehow a ton of the plumbing on my back house decided to stop working at the same time.. of course! Anyways , I called Mr Rooter and they sent over Jose Torres within a couple hours. This dude was legit and talked me through the whole process. He went the extra mile and worked till almost midnight to help us. Highly recommend.

I called these guys expecting to make an appointment for a future date. Instead they showed up that day. They had to finish the next morning... Well they didn't have to but due to noise and time we agreed to have them finish in the morning. They showed up first thing and finished the work. The work included digging a hole next to the garage by the main water line. There is a plant there. I don't care about this plant but they did. They carefully dug it up and when they finished they put back where is was unharmed. That level of care and attention to detail is rare. These guys are professionals. I would use and recommend them to anyone. Great work great customer service just all around awesome job.

I would never recommend this business the ad said $89 to clear a drain I was charged $189 to clear a drain when I questioned the extra $100 charge I was told because they use the shower drain instead of the main line drain to access. This was a simple fix, hair in the shower drain. False advertisement. The one star is because I had to give one star for review.

Had a leak. I called and they came the same day and fixed right then and there. Customer service is IMPECCABLE! They care about their customers and quality of their work.

We started with a simple back up and discovered a much worse damage to the main pipeline. They had all the equipment ready and what we thought would take forever, it only took 2 days. So far so good and glad I was able to use this company.

I will start off by saying the customer service of Mr.Rooter is unmatched! We had a clog in one of our toilets, called for an appointment and about an hour later Matt Hendry was at our door he accessed the situation gave us the rate (which was more affordable than a lot of the other companies) and he got right to work! The room that the toilet is located and is an addition to the house that was built in 1949 so the plumbing is it the greatest, Matt was at our house for HOURS and then his boss came to join after him driving over an hour throughout traffic to get to our house and worked and worked and worked some more until they solved the problem!! My husband and I were astounded that they stayed and rode it out until our problem was fixed when many other companies would’ve given up and left!! We appreciate your hard work ethic and dedication!! We can definitely say with confidence that we recommend Mr. Rooter and especially Matt to handle all of our plumbing needs!! Thank you again!!

Last night, my tenants called and informed me, the toilets and shower drains were clogged. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out at 7pm and in the rain. At first I thought they were going to charge me an emergency fee, or a fee for just sending someone, but I was told there was no fee. The dispatch center sent Santiago who was more than amazing. Alone and in the dark, he was able to figure out the possible problem; however, because of the rain, he had to come back today. Early the next morning, Santiago returned with Gabriel. They identified the neighbors pipes were the cause of my issue, and the sewer line was connected, to mine. I called Jurupa Valley city sewer company and they also came out. Santiago, along with 3 additional coworkers, and the city sewer company both ended up working together. Within two hours, we were back in services. What I like the most about Santiago and Gabriel was that they were honest. They didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, and explained the whole process as they came across a problem. They went above and beyond. Thank you again.

I am a senior citizen that was searching for a honest and affordable company to help me with a emergency plumbing situation.
All drains clogged because of damaged pipe under the house.
I called a few companies but chose Mr. Rooter because of the customer service I received.
All personnel at the company that I ended up dealing with treated me well and wanted to help me out. It ended up being a major job in which Fernando and Richard spent many hours under my house until they got the job done. Both Fernando and Richard went beyond great service. As you can imagine I was very stressed out with this emergency situation. Both Fernando and Richard stayed late in the day to finish as well as came back the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. They treated me like family. By the end of the day I had relationships from management to labor before the job was done. He was prompt doing the unclogging and fast, in no time he unclogged the pipes and I was running water again. While my issue does need further help, I hasten to add that I got the VERY BEST help from Santiago. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my plumbing issues under control. I can't thank him enough! AND he came out on Father's Day in less than half an hour when everyone else I called told me tomorrow. The line was cleared enough to use the toilet at least. This is in no way a reflection on the service but merely how my particular plumbing issue is RN. All for only $225. I couldn't ask for better for my plumbing issues.

Matt and Korin were extremely helpful! We had a major back up in both of our bathrooms on a Friday night and tried to take care of it ourselves. We called Mr Rooter Saturday morning, they responded super quickly, troubleshooted the issue, and we ended up having to get our water line repaired. They went above and beyond and even made sure everything was good and we were taken care of even outside of their normal working hours.

The Mr. Rooter crew recently replaced all of the old galvanized sewer pipes in our home with the new up-to-code pipe. They did a great job. Robert and Edwin completed the whole job in less than 2 days. They were very friendly and kept us informed about the process at every turn. They left our property clean and orderly. Lastly, the price was about $4000 less than other bids. Great job by a great team.

Mr Rooter fixed our clogged kitchen drain in short order. Santiago and Wally were very clean, thorough and professional. They explained the various approaches they would use and gave me multiple options for solving the problem and preventing future issues. A combination of Snake, camera, and pressure cleaning fixed the issues with our 30 year old drain. I highly recommend Mr Rooter!

Frantic over a gas leak the Gas Company wasn’t responsible for, I called Mr. Rooter on my neighbor’s recommendation. I also called for a second estimate from another company and they didn’t get back to me. Mr. Rooter sent Matthew who arrived in 35 minutes. A free, detailed estimate and an hour later, problem was repaired and at an extremely reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend them!

If your plumbing is backed up, or you have a broken pipe somewhere, Mr. Rooter can take take of the problem for you! They won't stop until your issue is resolved. I highly recommend them!!!

I googled when I flush my toilet it backs up into my shower. What do I do? Mr.Rooter came up so I took a chance and called them. I am so happy I did! They were at my house in about 1 hour (on a Saturday) they knew right away what the problem was, and worked until 10:00 pm to fix it. They really went above and beyond, we can’t be more pleased. Matt Hendry was awesome! He showed up within an hour of my call and fixed our garbage disposal ! He was professional, courteous, and was in and out fast! I called for clogged drain, they sent someone in less than an hour. He was great - friendly, knowledgeable, fast and best price (I had called others who were more.) Definitely would use again and refer!

Juan and Anthony came out to fix a pipe we had leaking under the house I couldn't believe they went under the house with all those black widows but they didn't complain at all about it, they were very professional and very easy to talk to about the process and provided FREE quotes on everything before starting. Carlos was my technician and arrived promptly . I discussed my concerns because I've been experiencing problems with
this water closet for months. Carlos understood my concerns so he called his manager and asked him to do a camera visual of my drains.
The manager arrived within 15 minutes of his csll. He performed the inspection and gave me his recommendations based on what he found.
Both were very professional.
My one concern would be the price I was charged to have my toilet unplugged. I've never paid over $90 to have my toilet unplugged. They charged almost double that price. And I will get other quotes from other plumbers for the to pergirm the work recommended because the quote given I was $6k.

I had a clogged main drain (it happens about every 5 years), on a Sunday 4/26/20. I called a competitor and waited for a response. I got impatient, called Mr Rooter, and they were already on the job when the competitor finally called me back. They were prompt and did good work. I am pleased with their service.

Giovani was a true team leader. He explained in great detail how the septic leach pipes were irreperably clogged and so would need new lines. He and his team arrived quickly and worked hard all day, completing the job in amazingly only few days. ,Giovani kept me informed about the progress by way of cell phone while I was away working. I learned a lot from Giovani about how the septic system works and what I need to do to maintain it.

The plumbing under my sink was leaking. Juan and Anthony were great. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.
