We recommend One stop to everyone out there. Our plumber Michael is one of the best. If you have trouble with ur plumbing then Micheal is your guy. We couldn’t be more grateful with one stop. We had a huge leak and our home flooded. We called around and no one else seem to have the time to come by and help us fix the pipes. One of our neighbors gave us their number. We called and Veronica was so professional and nice. She got us an appointment the same day and our plumber Michael was 3 hours early. He fixed all of the pipes and fixed the issue. Teara was awesome! She made a difficult situation into an easy one. I had a tankless water heater fail on me. Since my unit was still under warranty, they were able to get a new replacement unit from the manufacturer and installed it the next day. She sent two guys over, Travis & Ryan...they were very professional and very courteous, and overall great company to be around! Awesome guys! They installed the unit quick, but thorough. A year ago, I contacted OneStop Plumbers for a leaky shower and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Fast forward to last weekend, another one of my showers began to leak and I knew immediately who to call. I sent an email requesting service and the same technician who helped me out last year and within minutes I received an appointment confirmation.

One Stop was our first call for a burst pipe in our kitchen. They came out right away, and weren't able to access the leak the first trip out, since it involved cutting into our drywall, and we needed a negative asbestos report before we could get to that step. They very graciously didn't charge us for that first visit, and were happy to return a few days later to find and fix our leak after we confirmed there was no asbestos. Everyone, from the front office staff to the crews who did the work were friendly, curteous, and kept us informed every step of the way.

Great experience with OneStop Plumbers from A-Z. The woman who answers the phone is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After describing to her the problem we were having, she was able to pin point a few potential causes right over the phone and give me an idea of what it would cost to repair each potential cause. Sometimes it is hard to figure out who to trust for projects that need to be fixed. We feel that our trust was well placed with the people from one stop plumbing. We recommend their services.

We had a plumbing issue arise on a project that we originally felt we could handle. They were able to come out and fix the immediate issue so we could have running water for the weekend. They came back on Tuesday and finished the install of our new faucet.

They were professional, and were able to fix our issues.

We trust one stop plumbing and will use them again for future plumbing projects.

I just want to say a special thanks to Nick and Ryan. Seriously, these guys just saved us a bunch of money by being able to repair a pipe in the wall that was blocked. They took their time because this was not a simple fix, and could have caused us to have to remove the drywall, but they were able to figure out the problem in a very logical, ordered and thought out process to isolate the problem. They carefully proceeded step-by-step until they understood the issue and were able to address it in a non-invasive manner. It could have cost us thousands of dollars in repairs and they saved the day. They had a goal of making sure our family had water by the evening and accomplished what I am certain others could not. The workmanship was very clean. They also gave us a break on the cost of repairs because we are a repeat customer. These guys are really fantastic, and I will not go to any other plumber other than One-Stop Plumbers. Thank you again Nick and Ryan. We are really grateful.

My experience with OneStop was totally awesome from my first call until the job was complete. I called at 8:00 am and by noon I had a new water heater. Travis showed up on time completely polite and professional got started right away and was finished in about 2 hours. He was clean and organized hauled away the old water heater and all the trash and left my garage the way he found it.

They are truly the best in the business. My water heater needed to be fixed. We have American Home Shield and I first called them to come and repair the water heater only for the company who was sent out to look at the water heater and state it needs to be replace and it will cost us $500 installation. My family went a week without hot water waiting on American Home Shield to replace the water heater which they did not. I decided I was done waiting. I found OneStop Plumbers on Yelp with 5 star reviews. I called them at 2:00 p.m. and Ryan and Nick were at my house at 4:00 p.m. and my water heater was fixed by 4:30 p.m. They were very polite and the price to fix the water heater was extremely reasonable. My toilet backed up and flooded my house. I just moved to the area so I went to yelp and saw they are a family owned business and my gut said to go with them. I’m so happy I did. The job ended up being way more extensive than originally thought, but they have been amazing working with me and trying to save me money along the way. Joe was in my hot house for hours working away and he was so nice about it. I felt so bad but he was super professional. These guys are awesome.

SAME DAY SERVICE AND REASONABLE PRICING!

I had 4 appliances delivered. They (Costco) would not install the dishwasher because I had a PCV Valve. I called ONE STOP PLUMBERS and they came out the same day and fixed the PCV Valve. Wade, also fixed the icemaker valve, which was faulty (and had never been used) an leaking, right after Costco installed the Refrigerator. Costco will be out to install the dishwasher, now that ONE STOP PLUMBERS fixed the problem!

I called ONE STOP PLUMBERS because they had previously fixed a water leak, under the house and did a superb job!

I slept well, knowing I didn't have to worry about a leaky or faulty valve.

Thank you Wade, Victoria and Teara! I will only use ONE STOP PLUMBERS for all of my plumbing needs.

I had a slab leak and was quoted a very high price for fixing it. I called one stop plumbing for a second opinion. They were less than half the price of the other company. They did the work in a couple of hours and were very fast and efficient. They were honest about the repairs needed, and they did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Last August I had a slab leak (luckily it was caught very early by my smart water meter) and called several local plumbers to get some estimates. I ended up selecting OneStop Plumbers to do the repair.

Travis from OneStop Plumbers was very honest in his estimate about what I needed and didn't need. Besides the pipe repair, we also decided to replace our old water heater and regulator since they were experiencing some issues due to their age.

The installation went smoothly and we soon had hot water again for our kitchen and bathroom. Our new water heater is quiet and more efficient than the old one. The new water pressure regulator is better suited for our house size and Travis even replaced the spigot to a more convenient location for connecting a hose.

I highly recommend selecting OneStop Plumbers for all your plumbing needs.
