This is in response to a small job for my parents with a toilet valve issue. Tech Daniel, which we have had a few times before at my residence and at my folk's home, was immediately available and on the appointed time. Daniel was very accommodating dealing with my parents age and father's growing dementia issues. Both felt very safe and very comfortable with him which is a very important factor with seniors. They were indeed very impressed with my recommendation to try Jim & Sons after some less than satisfactory experiences with some other companies. We had an emergency situation with a broken pipe in my home. After many calls to other plumbers, Active not only answered, but gave me a time expectation as to when a plumber could arrive. While it did take a while, Justin arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. He even gave us some recommendations for future repairs. I appreciated his courteousness and willingness to clean up!

I called these guys expecting to make an appointment for a future date. Instead they showed up that day. They had to finish the next morning... Well they didn't have to but due to noise and time we agreed to have them finish in the morning. They showed up first thing and finished the work. The work included digging a hole next to the garage by the main water line. There is a plant there. I don't care about this plant but they did. They carefully dug it up and when they finished they put back where is was unharmed. That level of care and attention to detail is rare. These guys are professionals. I would use and recommend them to anyone. Great work great customer service just all around awesome job.

I called One Stop Plumbers for a number of issues: garbage disposal not working, water heater not getting water hot, and a strange smell from the sink. They were able to get someone out within an hour from my call. Nick successfully fixed all of our issues quickly and took the time to educate us on the root cause each issue. He replaced our garbage disposal as well because the other one was dead. I highly recommend One Stop Plumbers. They are honest.

Waited two weeks for my scheduled appointment to have my faucet replaced in my kitchen, just a swap from old to new. No leaks or issues. The Technician arrived and presented the Ipad with the price of almost $ 300.00 dollars for the swap. WOW!I did the work myself in less than 30 Mins. Only reason for the rating was due to price. The communication is excellent with this Company.Update : A Quality control manager reached out to me but was unaware of my issue, he thought I had a sink errator installed. I had to tell him my issue. If you are going to make the effort of contacting the consumer gather a few basic facts of the problem. All he was talking about was defending their price, no real apology or concern.

They are dishonest. Dale claims no fee for leak detection then I find a fee of $400 added to the final bill. He then calls in other services without obtaining permission or providing a bid who charge $3200 to run 3 fans for 3 days. Total cost $5151 for small leak in footing which took 1 1/2 hrs to repair
