5 Star Plumbing and Heating Service Is one of the Best Companies we have ever worked with, Period. My Husband and I are both Disabled and older. Our one and only Toilet stopped working and we were so worried. We found 5 Star, and they came to our rescue. They were here in Less than 1 Hour and took care of it for us. I Don't usually leave reviews but yet I look at them. So please believe that this Company Was A God Send. I will be sure to call them Again if needed. TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

I highly recommend this company. I called them at 6:30am. They were at my house by 9:00am the same day. It took less than an hour to find the leak in my attic and fix it.

A+ for customer service, quality of work, communication speed and efficiency, and professionalism... Came home from Boy Scout camp on Sunday looking forward to a nice hot shower, only to find out the water heater had decided to die. With a household consisting of smelly Scouters and teenage girls, we needed a fix ASAP. I gave All City a call which was immediately answered by a very helpful lady who was able to dispatch a plumber to our house in just 1-2 hours - ON A SUNDAY. Myron came out and was able to replace an old water heater and a pressure regulator in just several hours. But during his repair, he noticed that we had been leaking hot water from somewhere in the line and suspected that we may have a slab leak - everyone's worst nightmare. That same night he called over his colleague, Joseph who specializes in slab leak diagnostics and repair. The two of them worked on it until 10:30 PM Sunday night to make sure the problem was diagnosed with certainty and to put a repair plan in place. The scheduled pipe re-routing repair was completed with expert speed and accuracy on another day soon after. We couldn't be happier with the job that Myron and Joseph did. With their help, we were able to avoid having catastrophic water damage. They are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful and honest individuals who genuinely want to help. I feel the pricing was very fair and transparent, especially for having the peace of mind that you paying for the highest of quality.
