They referred to Hovey and instead of waitiNg for days, I got on the schedule immediately wiyk hours, the technician Ivan was fast and efficient and found the leak within 10 Minutes. He worked diligently and efficiently. He had the water back within a few hours. He was professional and pleasant to be around, he is my new best friend. I asked him about my water pressure and to surprise my water pressure was over 125 when it should be 75. He will be back to visit. It. All City Plumbing quoted me for unnecessary work. The flange for my toilet was broken, and needed it replaced. They checked it out and told me the sewage pipe needed to be replaced. They informed me that they needed to break the tiles and concrete to replace pipe, and I would need to find a tile guy to re-tile the floor and then they could reinstall toilet. This job would be costing $4,000 (not including the re-tiling of the floor) and would take multiple days to complete. I called another plumber and he was able to fix my flange in 4 hours at a fraction of the cost. So if you would like to upsold on repairs and services you don't actually need and pay a premium for those unnecessary services, then All City Plumbing is the way to go. The only positive feedback about my experience with All City Plumbing was they were very punctual, and they didn't charge me for their diagnosis of my problem. But I will not be using their services again.
