Had a leak on main water valve and it was 4:30 when I called and he answered right away and came right out to fix issue....so relieved it was simple...great service!

It was a much bigger problem than I thought it would be. They found the problem and fixed it. No small job. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were very hard working and great at their job.

I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumber's are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

Our service technician was very professional and answered all of our questions. No high-pressure sales tactics, but definitely provided us with great service as well as a little education on options and industry standards as we determine whether to replace our full HVAC system. Will definitely use Fire n Ice again.
