We realized our 25 year old water heater was leaking. My husband called Water Heaters Only and they arrived within a few hours. They replaced the water heater for a very reasonable amount, brought our out-of date- area up to code, left no mess (actually the area was cleaner) and explained to me what was completed. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a good experience going through Water Heaters Only.
I think the best part of the experience is the communication and explanation of everything from the inspection, to what needed to be upgraded/replaced, and especially estimate and costs involved.
They were available to go in a very short time, and accommodated our schedule and needs. Knowing the water heater is made and sold in Riverside was a plus. For us, helping local and community businesses are a plus.
Overall the entire process took only a few hours and they removed and hauled away our old water heater (it was around 20 years old and needing to be retired).
Definitely give these guys a chance with your business.

Ron was courteous, and professional. I also appreciated that he encouraged me to ask any relevant question regarding preventative maintenance for the future and to be more understanding of the unit. I'm still having the same problem as before so I may not have necessarily needed the service...TBD. All in all, I would recommend Ron and water heaters only to others.

Excellent, professional service - Dave Pullen showed up on a Sunday after calling on Saturday afternoon, did a whole water heater replacement in just over an hour. Explained everything clearly, highly professional job.
The phone call was answered promptly and they were able to gather my information quickly. Our technician (Ron Gauthieau from Tustin) came within an hour, reviewed the job, quoted it and gave us options and their costs. He replaced our water heater in about an hour and a half after we gave the go ahead. He kept us informed and was very friendly and helpful.

Ron came out on Feb 26, 2019 and immediately identified the problem as to why my pilot light would not light up. He changed out the bad part with a new one and had my water heater running within minutes. Excellent service and very knowledgeable, great job Ron!

I was looking for an honest and reliable company to supply and install a new water heater in my home. I tried Water Heaters Only and I am happy to say I am very pleased with their work. My technician, Ron, appeared very knowledgeable and made some recommendations to bring my situation up to code standards, seeing as it has been a number of years since any work was done on the heater.
After we agreed on what was to be done, Ron and his partner, Brad, completed the job in about two hours. I don't feel they were rushed to go to another job, and they even cleaned up after the job was completed.
No one enjoys waking up to a faulty water heater, so anything that can make the day better is great. Ron, Brad, and his company did an outstanding job of communicating with me and with the actual installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Water Heaters Only for your water heater installation.

The installer, David Pullen (24 years with this company, that says something!!), was on time and very professional explaining each procedure as he went. Looks great, and he cleaned up when done. Thomas was thorough, professional and knew the business well. I completely recommend him and his service to anyone needing a water heater. We are completely satisfied.
After trying for five days to get my old water heater repaired because it was still under warranty, I gave up in frustration and called Water Heaters Only, Inc. They offered a next day appointment and a schedule window of 4 hours. The same water heater another company offered me for $2800 plus an additional $555 for installation was installed for just over $1300. The installer, Dave Pullen was professional, prepared, and had a new water heater installed in less than 2 hours. He was very precise and clearly explained what was included in the price and how to operate the water heater. All of this took place on Sunday over the 4th of July weekend. I am never using another water heater company!

Extremely impressed that workman, John, arrived within 1 hour of my initial call to have water heater replaced. He was professional and the 40 gallon tank was removed, replaced with work done on this initial visit. All work was done efficiently, neatly and without any mess upon completion.
Shawn was very helpful and patient when I called after I noticed my water heater leaking. The next day they came out, verified that the tank had corroded after 15 years, and replaced the water heater- bringing everything up to code. I’m glad I called them!
Our water heater was leaking, so I called our home warranty company (Fidelity) and then sent out Water Heaters Only the same day (8/13/15). They quickly diagnosed the problem (needed a new water heater) and transmitted the information to the home warranty company, who authorized the replacement. The next day (8/14/15) they installed the new water heater, re-circulating pump and some valves. Everything seems to be working well with no leaks. Great company. Replaced an 18 year old water heater (previously installed by Water Heaters Only). Service tech was prompt and got the job done in reasonable time. He took care to protect the carpet and walkways. Only 1 issue; tech forgot to connect a drain pipe, but when I called about it, the company immediately responded and fixed the issue. New heater is great.
I just want to share my experience Johnny the technician came out he was very professional explained everything to me. Replaced my old water heater that was 20 years old with a new one everything looks amazing and I'm back with hot water.

After being under mandatory evacuation on Monday for the El Dorado fire, I came home Thursday only to find my garage flooded from leaking water heater. I found Water Heaters Only online stating lowest prices. I called and they came out several hours later. Johnny performed a great job, my problem was that the invoice did not breakdown parts and labor. Just the quoted price. After finding what the water heater cost. I feel that approximately $2,000 for labor for a 3 hour job is a little steep. I know I agreed on price but i was in a bind and I am not recommending this company. Mike Smith, Yucaipa, CA

Brad at Water Heaters Only was straight forward with us about the different types of water heaters available and did a great job installing our new water heater. We were very happy with our entire experience with Water Heaters Only.
My water heater was leaking all of a sudden and they sent David pullen on 01/14/2019 same day i called to fix and replace a new heater for me in just couple hours. very friendly and efficient employee. love the job he did. Very educated in what he was doing and explained me each detail very nicely.
I called to get a water heater replaced. They sent Brad out the following morning. He called in advance to ensure I would be there. He arrived a little early was ready to go. Brad did a great job. He took out he old water heater and even cleaned the area up prior to installing the new water heater. He was quick and efficient. The installation was well done and he secured the earthquake straps nicely. Once he was done, he cleaned the area that he worked in. It looked better then when he arrived. I would recommend them for future work. The price was competitive.
i had my water heater installed on 02/01/16, the mechanic is Brad. i called them in the morning on that day, and Brad finished the job in the evening. so.... quick!!!

By far the MOST PROFESSIONAL business that provides Water heater sales, installation, and removal. My water heater failed last night. Turned out it was 14 years old and was past is warrenty period. This is the third water heater I have had in my home since it was purchased new in 1990. Called their number and made an appointment for next day service at 9:30. At 8:30 Ron called both contact numbers and emailed me, he showed up well ahead of the 9:30 start time and by 11 am the new heater was installed with a drip pan and extra bracing to boot. Did I mention the heater is made in USA. Best service ever. Thank you Ron, and thank you water-heaters-only!

I was quite satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to others. Ron showed up within an hour of me calling, and did a great job replacing my leaky water heater. He also explained how the heater works, and answered all my questions. Problem solved.
My water heater was slowly leaking. Called Water Heaters Only and they sent Gene out to my house the next day. He arrived at the scheduled time and discovered the valve was leaking at the top. Thought we could just replace the hose, but it was broken where it attached to the heater. So had to replace the 15 year old 50 gallon heater. Everything was finished in 3 hours. The price was within the estimate and the work done was excellent. The Yelp discount was a plus. Overall really happy with the service done by Gene M on 1/31/18.

Called Water Heaters Only Inc. to get info about possible water heater replacement and pricing. My water heater was starting to leak a little and was 23 years old. By the end of our conversation I found myself making a same day appointment to have mine replaced. The installer Thomas called to let me know what time he would be to my house and arrived on time. He was very informative throughout the whole process and was very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend this company to anyone and will.

The cost of my water heater installation was in the range I was quoted and Johnny removed my old water heater and installed the new tank quickly and professionally. He was very efficient, wore a mask the whole time, and answered all of the questions that I had. We did have a small issue with scheduling the service, as we had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue, but we were flexible on our end so it wasn't a problem. Overall, I was very happy with the cost and service we received.

Nothing short of amazing.
Fidelity Home Warranty sent people to my home when my pilot light wouldn't ignite. They suggested replacement but informed me that I would have to have custom-built cabinetry installed before I owned the house, removed, and re-installed. It would have been terribly expensive. I called around. I spoke with three businesses getting quotes for each. WHO was the lowest-price. They offered Water Heaters that aren't Rheem. I started to research, Bradford and White are long-standing, have good reviews, and a better warranty.
The other companies said they would try to remove the water heater without removing the cabinets. The others suggested they would need two men to do the job.
WHO said they could do it in 4 hours with one man. I was doubtful.
Then came install day.
And Marcus showed up.
Professional, courteous, kind, fun, personable, AND CAPABLE. This guy did SOLO what I was told was a job that was both impossible without the suggested modifications to my garage OR required TWO men.
And all the while I would come out and check on him from time to time to make sure he had water and was welcome to use the restroom if he needed it. I'd crack jokes. He'd laugh. We'd laugh. I've NEVER had an experience with someone coming to my home to make repairs like this, NEVER.
From quote to finished product, HIGH QUALITY ALL THE WAY.

They were extremely honest and professional. They could have tried to push a new water heater on me that I didn’t quite need yet. Instead, their technician said that the heater would probably last a little while longer. I will definitely be having them come back when we are ready to replace.
I would highly recommend this company. My water heater went out, and the response time was amazingly fast. Ron Gautreau was my water heater specialist. He made me feel that I was in good hands. When the Gas Co came out late one night to check for a gas leak, we discovered that our old water heater had sprung a leak. So the following day I contacted Fidelity Home Warranty and they set up an appointment with Water Heaters Only for the following day. My husband had to take time off from work for the appointment, so he was VERY pleased when Ron showed up on time. After a thorough inspection, Ron determined that a new water heater was needed. Ron couldn't do the work himself so he called Thomas, who arrived within 30 minutes. Thomas got the job done quickly and painlessly and - voila' - we have a new water heater! My husband reported to me that both gentlemen were on-time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and amiable. He gives Water Heaters Only two thumbs up and we have already recommended them to our friends! THANK YOU RON, THOMAS, AND EVERYONE AT WATER HEATERS ONLY!!

I couldn't have anticipated better, more efficient, and faster service than that provided by 'Brad'. The old heater sprung a leak while out of town, we called 'Water Heaters Only' and Brad was there at 11:45 am the next morning. I had to call a few times, because I didn't know the model or serial number of my water heater, but they were very a great help to me in ordering parts to fix my water heater, rather than just trying to sell me a new unit.
The day the parts arrived was a holiday. They sent out Mike ( Michael Ledieff ) within a few hours of me calling, and within 2 hours of Mike arriving I had hot water again. On a holiday!
Ultimately, they saved me over $1500, because I was thinking about replacing my entire unit, but they were able to assist me in getting what I needed for much less.
5 stars. I would recommend them, and use their services again.

After my water heater took a dump on a Sunday, I contacted my home warranty company, set up a service request, and received a call from Water Heaters Only same day! Within half an hour of submitting a request! Ron came to my home on January 15th and literally saved the day. He was friendly and informative, answering all of my questions. It was like talking to an old friend. He was incredibly detailed in his work, even while working in the dark AND rain! I am so pleased with the response, honesty, work performed, and customer service of this company. I highly recommend them, and that is not something I do often. You won't be disappointed!

Tech showed up and came in to work. Was coughing and sniffing. When questioned father it appeared he had not been vaccinated. This is a major problem as my wife has cancer. He was asked to leave
Our water heater failed and Ron G. with Water Heaters Only saved the day! He visited our house on 4/7/19, inspected the water heater, and was able to replace it in the same visit!! The whole job took about an hour or so, and Ron was very conscientious and cleaned up throughout and after his job.

My technicians name was Brad, he showed up within the timeframe he gave me and completed my new water heater install in the amount of time he told me it would take! He did an excellent job, was very courteous and professional. Will definitely recommend your company and Brad to friends and family in need of a new water heater!
Called on a Thursday and Daniel G came out the next day and installed our new water heater and brought everything up to code.

Our water heater was leaking and it was determined by Ron that we needed a replacement. He was not only on time but ahead of schedule. So we had our water heater replaced last Saturday, 8/16. We were very pleased with the service from start to finish. We didn't have insurance but the price was very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and we would use them again in a heart beat!

We have 2 water heaters. Feb 2018 we purchase a new one from Mark Bowyer. It is has not been providing adequate hot water. We have now learned it was not put in by standard code by Mr. Bowyer representative. Pipes are not insulated, no tray on bottom, on sediment trap, not anchored for earthquake protection, etc, and sold us a spacer we did not need. We are simply going with Water Heaters only for a new replacement. We purchased our first on Jan 28,2019 from Water Heaters Only. Brad was the installer and was GREAT. A week later we are purchasing a second hot water heater to get the Mark Bowyer incompetency out of our house. Brad a really good guy. Great company.

Ron Gautreau did an amazing job installing my water heater on March 5, 2019! I woke up to a flooded garage and steam leaking out of my old water heater. I called a few places but settled on Water Heaters Only because they could have someone out in a few hours. Ron was on time, explained every step of the process, and answered all of my questions. I called Water Heaters Only Inc. after an inspection from the Gas Company revealed that I had a leak in my water heater valve. During that phone call I was able to find out that my water heater was 14 years old, way past its life expectancy and I decided to have it replaced..Neil came out the next morning and explained that some connections had to be brought up to code during the installation . Neil was very professional and had over 20 years experience. He explained step by step what he would be doing and why. He answered all the questions that I had and the installation process began. Three hours later I had a beautiful new water heater in my garage. My experience with Water Heater Only Inc. was a favorable one. I had originally called another company out and they did not come as scheduled. I called to find out why and was told they were running late. That gave me enough time to do some research and that is how I found Water Heaters Only Inc.What a blessing !!
Brad came to our house, after American Home Shield (AHS) referred another plumber. The plumber “ordered” the water heater from their source. They are closed over the weekend. They wouldn’t be able to install it till Tuesday. This is a week after ours failed, unacceptable.
I finally got AHS to agree to reimburse for the installation. (We’ll see!)
I called WHO, I’ve known about them for years. They came out (Saturday) and installed the water heater!!! No ordering BS, they stock them!!
Brad showed up on time and in no time was removing the old water heater. Some minor improvements were made to our installation and we were up and running short order!
When Brad completed the job he left without a trace.... except the bill (LoL)
Their installed price is competitive with others and can’t we say enough about WHO.
BTW they use quality water heaters !!!!
Awesome service from this company! they are available 24hrs to answer any questions. My service guy Ron was excellent and professional and knew exactly what he was doing! I highly recommend this company!

We were referred to Water Heaters Only through our home warranty company. They arrived promptly at their next day appointment at our home to replace a leaking unit. Our mechanic, Neil, was extremely thorough and found that our unit was out of compliance in many different ways. He told us assuredly, that he was going to make things right, which he did in great detail. He completely took apart every pipe and connection necessary, replacing it in a timely fashion with a brand new and immediately operable unit. Neil was professional to a tee and took the time to show us how to provide regular maintenance for unit as well. We appreciate the hard work that they put in here to get our hot water running again.

David was very knowledgeable. He took care of all our needs and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him.
Mike was an expert and he did all the work professionally and in a timely manner. He told us when he would arrive to the tee. I appreciate how well organized and knowledgeable he is. Great job in replacing a 12 year old heater.
Aaron from Water Heaters Only called 1 hr prior to arriving as promised when appointment was made. He explained what the entire job would entail and gave us a fair price to replace the water heater and all the attachments. He said it could take 3-4 hrs max and it only took 2 hours. He was very concerned with cleanliness and placed drop clothes on the carpet. He was very courteous, personable and efficient. He even told me about Angies List so we could save money with a coupon. I am very pleased and will recommend Water Heaters Only to anyone in need of replacement.

Had to have a new water heater installed on 7/25/15 and water heaters only was amazing! they had someone out by early afternoon & Ron Gautreau did an amazing job! he had it installed & working in no time at all!
My wife set up the appointment after our water heater got to the point that it was not giving us hot water, but it was making noise. She had an appointment of her own on the day that Water Heaters Only was set to come. She told me they would be at our place between 12 and 4 pm - Thomas arrived at 12:20 pm. He reviewed with me what my wife had described and asked me a few questions. He checked the hot water and verified that it was not doing what a water heater is supposed to do. Within about 1-1/2 hours, we were all set with a replacement. Everything was cleaned up. Thomas described how to light the pilot and actually had me do it. It was easy, but also nice to have done it once. We're back in business and very happy with the service we received from Water Heaters Only.

The thermocouple went out on our water heater last night. I called Water Heaters Only this morning and a short time later Ron was a here to save the day. He was polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. Thank you for saving my family from another day of cold showers.

I called to request pricing and as I was asking I heard the call slam. I called again and the man was like yeaaaa and then I asked if there was something wrong then he proceeded to hang up on me. I called again and I was blocked apparently. I have no idea what I did wrong beside ask how much does before I got hung up on twice.

Water Heaters Only was great and very professional! They were able to come out quickly and resolve our issue regarding our heater. Brad did an excellent job replacing our heater. Put in New Water Heater in under 2 hours with no leaks, with new hardware also.
My water heater was old, rusty, and leaking, I called Water Heaters Only, I found the prices to be very reasonable, and so they sent Neil out the very same day.
Neil did a fantastic job replacing my water heater, Neil even went above and beyond by helping to repair the wood pedestal that the water heater sat on, I couldn't be more happy with the services I received from Water Heaters Only.

I called Waters Heaters Only, Inc. on Memorial Day at 10:40 am. I had a new water heater INSTALLED by 12:20 pm. The service is outstanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Michael Ledieff came and replaced my old 40 gallon tank water heater with a new one. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I am happy with there service.
I had the very old 50 gals water heater that was leaking. My Home owner insurance sent Water Heaters Only company to replace my old one. I was extremely happy with the services and my new water heater. They get the job done quickly, and all cleaned up.
