I was out of cold air for a few days and finally decided to give them a call. The engineer arrived early and was able to take care of me quickly. Very courteous and professional. Thanks for the amazing work!

We called. We set up an appointment time. It was a semi-urgent issue so we didn't have lots of lead time. Sam came out, at the appointed time He checked out our furnace, decided it needed some minor maintenance work and did it. I think he charged ~$195 for a beginning of season servicing. It didn't seem like a lot and it was worth the peace of mind to have everything checked out. As he left he said we were welcome to call anytime and that there were no extra fees for needing emergency service or service on nights/weekends. That also, is really great. It should be worth 5 stars for arrive on time, do the work and not over-charge but, having tried people who don't return my calls, don't show up and offer High estimates, it totally is. Highly recommended.

This team is undoubtedly one of the most professional teams in the city. Their engineer came out and we were ready to use our AC in less than an hour. He was professional and explained everything to us clearly while answering any and all questions we had. I will use them again! Hello!

Our AC decided to die in October this year. It was quite old, so I knew that it was time to get a new one. I called a few places, but was most impressed with Adam at Service Experts His pricing was competitive, but most importantly, he was timely, patient, and able to answer any and all questions that I had. He came out the same morning to check out everything in the attic and outside. Even though the AC unit died, he was able to do a quick fix (free of charge) to get the AC running until he and his team returned to do the new AC installation. Later in the afternoon, he came with 3 people to tackle the job in under 5 hours. Adam and his team did everything that I asked including fixing and cleaning a few things for my second floor unit. It was a great experience to work with him. After installation, he provided all the necessary warranty and tax credit information in a timely manner. I would hire Service Experts again and recommend them to a friend.
