Had a leak on main water valve and it was 4:30 when I called and he answered right away and came right out to fix issue....so relieved it was simple...great service!

I HAVE TO REPORT!! My mother needed urgent help. Her shower faucet was stuck open. I live over 3 hours away from her and the best I can do was to guide her to the main shutoff valve. I called Five Star Plumbing, Heating, & Air because of their positive reviews. I don’t post reviews much, but because of their excellent dispatch response (friendly & fast) and superior service by David B, I had to boast about this company! La tina del baño según tenía mucho pelo pero no tiraba nada de agua y ahora en la mañana después de 24 horas que vinieron estas personas me dijeron que estaba liqueando agua y pues ahora ya tira de dos partes la llave de la tina los peores la verdad no es justo después de 11 meses que me espere para que me entregaran mi casa y pues desde entonses puras fallas con los sub contratistas que no saben lo que hacen no ay profesionalismo en estas compañías de preferred plumbing y Prefered reconstruction no los recomiendo para nada

The man went over the pricing of each problem as well as what was required to fix our plumbing issues. I'm extremely appreciative that he finished the job swiftly and without leaving a mess!

Very happy with the service I was given. Brian and his team did an excellent job. The goal was never about selling me the most expensive unit but instead to get my house comfortable and balanced.

My main issue was my AC unit wasn't putting out cold enough air and wasn't being pumped to the hot upstairs. Brian's solution was to increase the duct size going upstairs and put dampers on the downstairs vents in order to force air to flow up. IT WORKED! I have amazing air flow and am expecting a much smaller electric bill this year!

Water Heaters Only was great and very professional! They were able to come out quickly and resolve our issue regarding our heater. Brad did an excellent job replacing our heater. Absolutely thrilled to have found Spotless Plumbers. Our newly installed water heater started leaking and giving us issues after a few weeks. ( installed by someone else.) Spotless Plumbers were available the same day and came out promptly on time as promised and got to work right away to fix the leak. They were so professional and even went out of their way to check some other plumbing issues that I had concerns with. Even unclogged a slow drain from my washer when I mentioned it to the gentleman! Price was extremely reasonable compared to a couple other places I called. Fast, friendly and reliable… I highly recommended and will use them again!
