Best HVAC System Maintenance in Riverside CA

Jason was very professional and friendly. We had a faulty sensor (from the manufacturer) for our new water system. Jason came to our place 3 times to fix it finally. He is a very responsible business owner.

I HAVE TO REPORT!! My mother needed urgent help. Her shower faucet was stuck open. I live over 3 hours away from her and the best I can do was to guide her to the main shutoff valve. I called Five Star Plumbing, Heating, & Air because of their positive reviews. I don’t post reviews much, but because of their excellent dispatch response (friendly & fast) and superior service by David B, I had to boast about this company! So, Five Star Plumbing, THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE WITH EXCELLENCE. YOU TOOK CARE OF MY MOTHER, and because you did that, YOU ALSO TOOK CARE OF OUR ENTIRE FAMILY!! We highly recommend this professional company!

I would rate All Pr0o Heating a 5 Star. Mike was great and gave us a fair estimate, and preformed the service in a clean and efficient manner. However, the plumbing, I would give a 2. The price was inflated, the work was good. Then we asked for another plumbing service, again the price was inflated, but even more so.I don't know how to rate this company. I think Wesley cost our job based on our address, not on the job. Our second quote from Wesley changed my opinion of this company.

I hired this company to come clean out my heating system prior to winter. They found a crack heat exchanger and was told that I needed a brand new furnace and could not just replace my heat exchange and that it would cost me 5k+ for a replacement. The tech who showed up to my house named Gabriel lic#713817 decided to just through all the lose furnace parts into the housing area and told me he could not do anything about it, packed his thing and left me with a non working furnace. I have done this before and have never seen anyone disassemble a whole furnace for cleaning including gas lines and electrical pieces. I went with a different company and was able to get the issue resolved and the techs worked was heavily criticized negatively.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Look for a local HVAC expert and stay away from this scam of a company.
