Best HVAC Maintenance in Riverside CA

Had a busted water meter not easy to get to due to roots from pine trees that were covering the area which created the break in the pipe. JASON was my first point of contact and was very responsive, with an immediate appointment for the next morning and I appreciate that! ( I called late in the day). The tech ADAM, who came to my house worked his tail off to get the job done without fail and was very kind, knowledgeable and did what he needed to do to get the job done. I RECOMMEND this company because they are no BS and to the point, and let me know who was coming and what they looked like by text prior to arrival. THANK YOU BEST PLUMBING! I am a customer for life.

I didn’t think this kind of customer service existed anymore. Leo arrived on time, introduced himself and was very friendly. I had initially contacted All Pro Plumbing namely because I saw their service vehicles working on a neighbors home. I received a lot more information about my home then I had anticipated. I had called regarding a leaky irrigation system and received a crash course in water pressure and the potential long term effects of excess pressure. Leo placed shoe covers on when he entered my home. He checked the water pressure and showed me the gauge results. He then proceeded to write 2 estimates. One was for updating the water pressure system to my home and the other was for the repair of the irrigation system. He also advised I’d receive a 15% discount if I obtained there membership services. I will definitely be using All Pro Plumbing for my home’s needs based on the thorough explanations, information and exceptional customer service provided by Leo.

My parents had their AC unit cleaned cost them $888.03 …… no parts replaced just cleaned!!!!!! Talk about screwing over senior citizens!!!! They are even running a special for $88 tube up!!! And yet my parents got charged $888.03!!!!!! Shame!!! Next post is to BBB

I called to ask a question about their protocol for conducting leak detections and did not receive a call back from the manager Stephanie for a week! Horrible customer service! I will not use them again and I will not recommend them to anyone!

I hired this company to come clean out my heating system prior to winter. They found a crack heat exchanger and was told that I needed a brand new furnace and could not just replace my heat exchange and that it would cost me 5k+ for a replacement. The tech who showed up to my house named Gabriel lic#713817 decided to just through all the lose furnace parts into the housing area and told me he could not do anything about it, packed his thing and left me with a non working furnace. I have done this before and have never seen anyone disassemble a whole furnace for cleaning including gas lines and electrical pieces. I went with a different company and was able to get the issue resolved and the techs worked was heavily criticized negatively.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Look for a local HVAC expert and stay away from this scam of a company.

I made an appointment on Friday for service on Saturday. I was told a service technician would arrive between 8 and 10am on Saturday. At 9am I received a call informing me of service delays and was now looking at an 11 to 1pm service time. I then received a call at 2:45pm informing me they were not going to be able to make out at until Sunday. I ask to talk to the manager but was told he's was unavailable at this time. What a waste of a Saturday.This company over committed their service and did nothing to make it right. So I found a different company and had my plumbing issue taken care of two hours later. Stay Way from ARS / Rescue Rooter!!!
