Highly recommend. Absolutely great company with personable and professional employees. Put in a call on a Saturday and they were at my house in North Tahoe within an hour. The plumber, Ryan, had everything ship-shape in less time than I expected and the price was fair.

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

Rich provides great service and has taken care of a few issues for us. Our water heater needed to be replaced and he was booked out a few weeks so he called someone else to take care of it for us. Professional, responsive and would recommend.

Our toilet was blocked and we could not shift the blockage with a plunger. We called Reno Versatile Plumbers and they send us the plumber within 30 minutes. He was friendly and efficient. The work was done perfectly and there's no more blocked on our toilet. Thanks for sending him early to our house. Will definitely recommend you to others.

Don is a wonderful person, with wonderful service. He has been to my house multiple times, and I have always been pleased with the service. I have recommended Don to others several times. Came same day and cleared clog.

Contacted Easy Rooter for plugged main sewer line( I've used their services twice prior) . The lady that answered the phone was very professional and told me the that they were 2 days out for service and that she had appointment times open. I told her that I would call back the next morning (had to make sure my wife could be home). I called back the next morning and the gentleman that answered was also very professional and booked our appointment. Then, on time shows up Mikey Gilbert. What a pleasure to deal with this young man. Did his job efficiently and in a timely manner. Thumbs up to the entire crew !!

I spoke with Jack, and though he was not a match for the work I needed done. He was a real nice guy and recommended someone to me that could meet my needs. I cant vouch for his work, but I can say he was straight forward and honest right from the start of our conversation. I would call him for future work

This is painless and joyful plumbing experience. No BS. They follow the process. Schedule assessment with information. Attempt to repair or install immediately. Worked for me when installing a water softener. Technician was nice. Receptionist was helpful with the modo, how can we make you smile today.

I called to have a facet in my bathroom looked at. Cold water was coming out fine, but hot water was only trickling out. Gavin came over the next day, assessed the problem (get a new facet), discussed with me what kind of replacement facet I wanted, drove to Chico to get a new one, drove back, and installed it quickly.

While he was at my house, I asked him if there was anything he could do to increase the shower water pressure in my bathrooms. He made some adjustments to each shower head, which increased the pressure greatly (no charge)!

Overall, Gavin did his work quickly and courteously. Would certainly use his services again!

Never even got a call back after trying to contact them.
