The plumbers, Mike and Matt, were extremely friendly and explained everything that they were going to do. They were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Their customer service was great. They got the job done quick and efficiently. They even had to track down a part to fix the leak in our shower. The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

Called in the morning and had my leaky hot water heater replaced by 2pm! Andy Hume called and said he could meet me earlier than planned which was great! Andy was thorough, professional, and didnt mind the beagle sniffing around. He showed me everything I needed to know about the heater and even wiped down the doors and water heater before leaving. If I need any work done in the future, I will be calling him for sure.

Rooter man charged my father several thousand dollars to replace a pump in the sewer. It broke within 90 days and they refuse to fix it. The owner accused my father of digging it up and shoving a stick in it to break it. My father is a retired veteran and is on a limited income. These people are awful.
