I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

They charged me 2 hours labor when they were only here for 25 minutes. What a rip-off.

Charges on every little task. I had him install a new tube and shower faucet which came to 1,235 which I though was fair, except he charged me 185 dollars to put the trim on. So he must charge 185 an hour as his rate. He replaced the on off valve a 3 dollar part and 5 minute job and charge 100 dollars.

In total he charged me 2,000 dollars. I hope he sleeps well at night over charging hard working Americans.

After trying 3 other plumbing companies without success (one had no idea what they were talking about, one couldn't schedule for several weeks, and one was a no-show), we found Jolly Rooter. What a stroke of luck that was for us! Rich responded to our request right away, and completed two jobs (replacing the pressure-reducing valve and water heater) within days. He and his co-worker were professional, courteous, and--most importantly--extremely knowledgeable. When they ran into our house-specific obstacles (because let's fact it, every place is different), they kept us informed and provided different avenues for us to choose from. We loved that communication and we continue to love the result of Jolly Rooter's work. Do NOT hesitate to call this awesome company.

THE MOST CROOKED & DISHONEST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I CALLED IN NOVEMBER OF 2015 TO HAVE THEM UNCLOG A SEWER LINE, THEY CHARGED ME & $ 83.00, 3 DAYS LATER I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK FOR THE SAME REASON, THE GUYS SAID HE WOULD NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN TO UNCLOG THE SEWER LINE, BUT HE WOULD HAVE TO RUN A CAMERA DOWN THE SEWER PIPE TO SEE WHAT WAS CAUSING THE LINE TO CLOG THE SEWER WITHIN 3 DAYS, HE SAID HE WOULD ONLY CHARGE ME $ 83.00 TO RUN THE CAMERA DOWN THE LINE, SINCE I WAS NOT ONSITE, HE SAID HE WOULD SEND ME A VIDEO OF THE INSPECTION VIA EMAIL THE FOLLOWING DAY, SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED THE VIDEO, I CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER TO FIND OUT, THE GUYS SAID HE WOULD SEND IT SOON, OF COURSE HE NEVER SEND A VIDEO NOR A BILL, 2 WEEKS LATER THE SEWER LINE CLOGGED UP AGAIN, I DECIDED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE SEWER PIPE FROM THE STREET TO THE CLEAN OUT IN DECEMBER OF 2015 THEN 4 MONTHS LATER, THEY CALLED ME & SAID THAT I OWED THEM $ 83.00 FOR THE VIDEO THAT I AM STILL WAITING FOR PLUS FINANCE CHARGES FOR A VIDEO CAMERA INSPECTION THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, THEY FINALLY SENT ME A BILL IN FEBRUARY OF 2016, I AM TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE CONTRACTOR'S BOARD & WILL GO FROM THERE, I TRIED TO CALL THE OWNER TO NO AVAIL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. PLEASE BE AWARE.

So far, I've been holding for 12 minutes to get a price for installing flooring...wake me up when they answer.
