The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

We called them at 10 am as our hot water heater was going out. He showed up at 11 am. Gave us a quote and installed a new gas heater in 3 hours. Installer was pleasant and informative. His work was superb. I would recommend Reno Plumbing Doctor for any plumbing needs. We are very pleased.

Recently, we have had numerous repairs completed by River City Plumbing and would highly recommend their services. (These repairs are not due to their work but our incredibly old geothermal system). S&S replaced my old water heater. They did a great job and also added an expansion tank. They quickly got the old one out and the new one in. Same day service was much appreciated as well.
