Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

We used Freedom Plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They came out the day after we called and did a great job at a reasonable price. Also used them a few weeks later when our garbage disposal went out. Very satisfied with their service, prices and response time.

I had a broken water main. Had several quotes. River City was actually a little higher, but I liked the rep they sent out, and what he had to say. They were going to replace my main with a technique they call 'pulling', which meant no trenching. On a Thursday they send two men out. They worked for a couple hours and left. Telling me the work will be delayed. The cable they use to pull the new line had broken, and they had no spare. The next Tuesday a new crew showed up. It was decided that pulling the new cable would not work. It appeared that mid stream, someone had installed a 'T' valve. So they cut my patio, and trenched. They did a great job and replaced my water main with a poly line. These guys were efficiently fast, courteous, and did a great job. They came back a few days later and did the concrete work to replace the concrete that they had to remover to run the line. There was an added cost because of the trenching and patio repair. I was not thrilled about that. However, there is no question that I would use them again if I need a plumber.

Less than 1 star!! Wow can’t believe how inexperienced the the tech was today, came in and in less than 5 minutes told me I needed a new furnace that would cost us over $3000. Called for a second opinion from and the part and labor cost us less than $200. Thieves never again!!!!

Had a leek under my house and called rooter man. Was given a time of two hours before they could get to me. Four hours later I had to call them back at which time I was told they were running late. When they arrived I told them I believed it was a PVC feeder line however with sever back issues along with age I was not being able to access the leek. After accessing the area through a large access door inside my house, tech was able to see leek without going any further. Confirmed that it was a leek in PVC line. Tech then left for Home Depot for a few fittings and a small piece of pipe and glue. He then returned went back under house to leek which was about seven feet away and took about 15 min. To make repair. Bill was 345.00 with no breakdown on bill. From past experience, I would have to guess that parts were around 20.00 to 25.00 dollars. Awful lot of money for maybe half of work.
