The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

We had a very positive experience with Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Sean Simpson replaced our 19 year old water heater today. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and accountable. He took the time to come early to inspect our old water heater to determine the specific parts he needed. He also kept us apprised of when he would be returning to do the actual installation, and his progress along the way. He represents Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing very well and we will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs!

Mark, the owner, came over personally to see that my Water main was leaking. He came with an assistant the next day and fixed it. He uses the highest quality parts. He schooled me on things plumbers often say that are supposedly necessary, however they’re not. That certain appliances can be repaired instead of replaced. I’ll never use a different plumber. Had an emergency leak in a sewage pipe. Jack was very responsive to get the job scheduled with one of his plumbers. Keaton showed up on time and efficiently fixed the problem and did so at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Woke up on a Friday morning to cold water and a broken water heater. Asked around and Jet was recommended to me. Called them as soon as they opened and they worked their schedules around to get me a technician out that day. Jeff was personable and professional. In a few hours I had a new water heater, completely explained everything about it to me, paperwork and warranty explained as well. My new water heater is great and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. The gals in the office are great too!
