Best Plumber in Reno NV

Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

The plumbers from this company performed an excellent job, and we have no problem recommending them. 100% skilled men!

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

Our toilet was blocked and we could not shift the blockage with a plunger. We called Reno Versatile Plumbers and they send us the plumber within 30 minutes. He was friendly and efficient. The work was done perfectly and there's no more blocked on our toilet. Thanks for sending him early to our house. Will definitely recommend you to others.

We contacted Weston Plumbing on the morning of September 5, 2017, which was our first day of School at the Tahoe Truckee School of Music!.

I don't know about the quality of their plumbing service, but I do know that the way they allow their employees to drive the company vehicles is unacceptable. Had one of these vans run a stop sign, cut in front of me, and when I honked to let him know I was there and he had cut me off, he break checked me and stared me down like he wanted to fight. I wouldn't use this company knowing they can't control the employees when they drive, how can they control them with the work they do???

There is a reason these guys have the most reviews. I used to use another company for plumbing until he made it obvious that I should look elsewhere. Our sprinkler system main valve busted which necessitated us going without water. We actually waited for a plumber we liked and trusted for the better part of a week with no water. Total mistake.

-The Last Guy: kept feeling me out for how much he could charge me with no real price structure or even upfront pricing on supplies. Then charged the max he thought he could get away with.
-These Guys: have a standard hourly rate and will tell you prices on items before they are used.

-The Last Guy: was vague about the issues and then charged me for items that were not even used.
-These Guys: told me it was impossible for him to have installed such items and then explained why the item he actually installed was not to code.

-The Last Guy: clogged my entire house's water system with mud and debris, then took no responsibility for it claiming he was only hired to replace a single valve and had no other responsibilities after that...even though his repair caused the debris issue and he claimed that he stood by his work with a 1 year guarantee...just words apparently.
- These Guys: were upfront, on time, polite and diligent. They repaired all the issues caused by the last guy and at half the price. I guess that's what work ethic and integrity looks like.

A tree broke my water main and while I was digging it out I nicked my neighbor's line causing a second leak. I called Straight Up! to avoid doing any further damage. They came out quickly and explained what the repair would entail and explained where and what I would need to dig to save money on the repair. I called as soon as they opened the next morning and was assured that I was first on the repair list. Keith arrived promptly and I have water restored within an hour. Thank you Straight Up! Plumbing.

I called to have a facet in my bathroom looked at. Cold water was coming out fine, but hot water was only trickling out. Gavin came over the next day, assessed the problem (get a new facet), discussed with me what kind of replacement facet I wanted, drove to Chico to get a new one, drove back, and installed it quickly.

While he was at my house, I asked him if there was anything he could do to increase the shower water pressure in my bathrooms. He made some adjustments to each shower head, which increased the pressure greatly (no charge)!

Overall, Gavin did his work quickly and courteously. Would certainly use his services again!
