The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Thanks so much for the professional curtiousness. Service was good. However tech did not clean up mess. Left rusted water all over our garage. And garbage on floor

Efficient and professional. John cleared two drains that were badly clogged several feet back in my commercial building in no time at all, at a fair price. He called ahead to make sure it was OK to come earlier than the appointment time we first scheduled. I will definitely use Root-o-Matic again and recommend them to all.

Best commercial plumbing contractor in town

We used Freedom Plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They came out the day after we called and did a great job at a reasonable price. Also used them a few weeks later when our garbage disposal went out. Very satisfied with their service, prices and response time.

Friendly technicians. Fixed what we need quickly. Informative when we asked questions. Would hire them again if needed.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Gibson just completed installation of a new efficient boiler for our radiant heating system. Zach and team arrived on time each day, cleaned up as they went and completed the job on time. We were so happy, we had them switch out thermostats, add a new toilet replacement and will have them back next spring to check our AC unit too! Very happy with their quick and courteous service
