A1 Plumbing did a great job and was very professional. I signed up online for a quote for a sewer line replacement and they came out about a week later, they were real busy, and gave me the best quote that I had out of 6 quotes. They performed pipe bursting on my 55 year old sewer line, that was completely buried under a driveway, sidewalk and street, and replaced it from under my house all the way to the main sewer line in the street for under $7,000. Much lower than a lot of other quotes that were only going to replace a portion of the pipe leaving me with a partially repaired line. Jay told me it was going to take a month before they could get to my house because of the backlog due to bad weather and they were there one month later and knocked it out in a couple of days with no unforeseen problems or costs. Recommend them highly for a sewer line replacement and I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Called Roto rooter because, The toilets and drains were running extremely sluggish, at a point plumbing including dishwasher would gurgle, and the toilet paper struggled to go down drain. Richard checked the outside clean out no water going thru, we turned on shower, washing machine and let them drain. Water began flowing at a normal pace. He was efficient, conscientious, professional, and courteous. An amazing employee. Thank You, Richard

He schooled me on things plumbers often say that are supposedly necessary, however they’re not. That certain appliances can be repaired instead of replaced. I’ll never use a different plumber. Our water heater was outdated and costing a lot, so we decided to have a new energy efficient one installed. We were worried about the cost, because money is tight, but Bill at S&S walked us through pricing and gave us a great quote!

He was prompt and professional! Completed the job in under 2 hours 🙌 and even followed up with us 2 weeks later to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you Bill!!

Don't deal with Jack or his company!! I called him for a sprinker hook up install, and he was very confident over the phone about what parts were needed. Then sent a different guy to do the install who showed up completely unprepared, and ended up botching the job after 4 hours. He charged me time for his commute to my house (in midtown), showed up completely unprepared, charged me for the the time it took to go shopping for the aforementioned parts he was so confident about, then didn't have the tools to do the install, and 4 hours later completely botches the job, and leaves it unfinished. total waste. He even tried to OVERCHARGE me at $147/hr when his website says $78 for first time customers.

I am giving a 1 star review for unprofessionalism, poor business ethics, poor quality, and a complete unwillingness to right his mistakes. Save yourself this experience, and go somewhere else.

I hired Straight up Plumbing to remove an old bathtub and install a new one. I was impressed with their excellent customer service. They were prompt with a response and on time. They texted and emailed me to keep me informed and remind me of our appointments, which was awesome!
I felt like they did great work and when I later hired a tile company to put tile around the tub, he also commented they did a good job.
I would hire again, and recommend for sure.

Had Jason lesser come out and help us with some sewage back up. He made sure to really tend to the problem and approach every way possible to get the situation done. Had a really bad experience with precision plumping a couple weeks prior and this really made the problem go away this time. Thank you Jason. This man dereves to be recognized by the company for his hard work and detication to to the job!

Way too much stuff in the aisles. It's gotten to the point where it's difficult to maneuver with carts and around other people.
