This business has become the only place I trust to do repairs in this category on my house . Over the last few days we had heating and plumbing restored thanks to the amazing people who work at this buisness. They are affordable and even go to mobile homes. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am that they rearranged their busy schedules to come to my house and fix the main sewer lines and heater so we could have a warm house and working toilets, shower, and washing machine during this winter storm. Chris, Eric, and Grant literally saved my house today so that my family and I can stay in it tonight. I can't say thank you enough.

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. A few years ago they installed a brand new water heater inside our home. The crew did an excellent job, they were quick and efficient, and we haven't had a single issue since. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend S&S Mechanical.

I used Dirty Plumber a while ago, received outstanding service. I was having a leak under my sink for a long time and he found the problem and even helped me to get Kohler to warranty the leaking faucet. His price was great. He showed up on time and got the job done fast and efficient. I would use him again for sure. Thank you Jack!!

Really good experience with this plumber. Previously had used Rooter-Man plumbing (who I would give a zero star review if it were possible) who jerked us around, never showed up on time, and wanted to do a repair that cost ten times as much as what was needed. After four days of not getting anything done with Rooter-Man called Straight Up Plumbing and they got someone out same day, he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and would have fixed it same day but didn't have the tools needed so scheduled a return the next day first thing. There was a little bit of a scheduling snafu (our plumber ended up getting double booked for that morning) and that is why I only give four stars instead of five, but once he did come out he had the problem that Rooter-Man had said would take several days to fix done in less than two hours (and again, for a tenth of the cost). Highly recommend these guys.

Few months ago I move here from. Other state and I my realtor recommend me this company jet plumber because the mane pipe line it was broken or leaking. So I call them they tell me they was very busy but they can come over on Saturday. On over time and I tell them wat part it was broken. and I dig the hole for them so the way they don't have to do when the guy get to my house he look it and he tell me well I don't have any parts to fixed so he when back to there shop and I ask him what Cain of company they was to come over with no tolls and no parts. So when he finish he charge me for 4 hours. On overtime. When he was only in my house the most 1 hour they are very bad company jet plumber. are horrible

Nevada Heating and Cooling canceled the scheduled appointment and offered another appointment a couple weeks later. This made is nearly two months for an AC and water heater check up because the scheduled technician had an emergency issue come up. First time dealing with this company and assume they have more than one technician. Consider taking your business elsewhere or you too can end up waiting almost two months for a service call.

Okay it is Saturday morning and our main line is back up. We are knowing we have to call Gavin. Bullseye Plumbing is Gavin and he has been out plumber for over a decade. I never write reviews but since I am asking to come on a Saturday Morning on a vacation weekend and I know he will come and get right to it and we will talk and catch up. He simply does what a plumber does. When he can't do something he has recommended great people to do the job. What more do you want. I know and expect to pay more for this morning after all he is getting into my family's sewer lines.

When the pilot light on my water heater broke they were able to come out within a couple days. They identified the problem right away, but unfortunately didn't have the parts on hand as I had an uncommon brand of heater. They called around and were able to find the parts from a local supplier, picked it up, and installed it, all in under two hours. Would definitely call on them again.

I called a few times this morning as our water heater went out and Zephyr originally installed. The answering system was confusing and I got a voicemail each time. I decided to go in in person because I wasn’t sure I reached the correct extension.

They were pleasant enough in person but no one was on a phone and I didn’t quite understand why my call wouldn’t have been answered earlier, but decided it could have been bad timing. Nope. Just horrible customer service. Scheduled an appt and got a text regarding it. We had a lot of questions and it wasn’t efficient or helpful to text at that point. Requested a phone call multiple times and just got texts instead that didn’t answer the questions asked. The conversation was both useless and exhausting. We scheduled to have our water heater inspected/repaired or replaced by a competitor as a result.

The total phone call time with a competitor was about 5 minutes to have all of our questions answered. We spent an hour trying to get answers from Jessica at Zephyr via texts, without ever getting answers to the actual questions we were asking or the phone call we requested.

These guys are great! On time, ready to work, and get the job done right the first time. I've used them3 times. Outstanding!.
