Best Pipe in Reno NV

Luke performed the following services: 1) found & fixed the upstairs leak that went down to my downstairs area; 2) replaced kitchen faucet parts and 3) found dishwasher leak (unfortunately, I have to buy a new dishwasher). He is a pleasant man, prompt, conscientious and had very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Tahoe Blue Plumbing.

This is the only plumbing company I will ever use.

The team was amazing! We noticed our water heater leaking minutes before leaving the house. Dirty Plumber was at our house within 20 mins of calling them and fixed our leak! I highly recommend them for response time and customer service! Thanks again!!!

My water heater went out very early Monday morning and I was a little stressed not knowing what plumber I should call. I found Straight Up Plumbing and within 2 hours Brianna had a technician at my door. Shane was professional extremely knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills. From start to finish I felt I was treated with care and what a job Shane did! He went the extra mile and brought in a master plumber to inspect the existing water heater stand and he moved bins and boxes to vacuum the dust and dirt around the water heater. Amazing!! They have very fair pricing and went above and beyond! If you need a plumber this is the company to call!

Showed up at my house an hour after I called. Fix the item a little bit expensive but I appreciate the timeliness was actually a little less than I was thinking. Service guy never introduced himself so it made the situation a little awkward

Myles came out to tune up my AC and found burnt wires. He explained it all to me, showed the wires, fixed it, and showed me the repair work. QUALITY all the way around! I am so thankful to have Nevada Heating amd Myles in my back pocket!!

I called to have a facet in my bathroom looked at. Cold water was coming out fine, but hot water was only trickling out. Gavin came over the next day, assessed the problem (get a new facet), discussed with me what kind of replacement facet I wanted, drove to Chico to get a new one, drove back, and installed it quickly.

While he was at my house, I asked him if there was anything he could do to increase the shower water pressure in my bathrooms. He made some adjustments to each shower head, which increased the pressure greatly (no charge)!

Overall, Gavin did his work quickly and courteously. Would certainly use his services again!

Did a bunch of work to fix leaks, inspect old pipes and answer lots of questions for me. Good price, answered the phone, showed up on time.

Fast and friendly plumbers

I called a few times this morning as our water heater went out and Zephyr originally installed. The answering system was confusing and I got a voicemail each time. I decided to go in in person because I wasn’t sure I reached the correct extension.

They were pleasant enough in person but no one was on a phone and I didn’t quite understand why my call wouldn’t have been answered earlier, but decided it could have been bad timing. Nope. Just horrible customer service. Scheduled an appt and got a text regarding it. We had a lot of questions and it wasn’t efficient or helpful to text at that point. Requested a phone call multiple times and just got texts instead that didn’t answer the questions asked. The conversation was both useless and exhausting. We scheduled to have our water heater inspected/repaired or replaced by a competitor as a result.

The total phone call time with a competitor was about 5 minutes to have all of our questions answered. We spent an hour trying to get answers from Jessica at Zephyr via texts, without ever getting answers to the actual questions we were asking or the phone call we requested.
