Best Emergency Repair in Reno NV

Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. We were in a real pickle. The power company changed out our gas meter and in the process shook loose a bad joint in one of the gas lines under our house. They shut down our gas and told us we needed to get a licensed plumber out to fix it before they could restore our sevice. THIS WAS AT THE END OF JANUARY! No heat! I spoke with Mark on the phone, we pulled a permit with the city and he sent Byron and Kaleb out to get us fixed right away. Mark also came by the house to make sure everything was going smoothly and called after to make sure NV Energy got us turned back on. We're very happy.

I will be calling them again to run gas to our backyard for the BBQ and firepit this Summer.

Kyle and his team were very professional, and punctual. Kyle was able to assist us during a difficult situation. Aura was able to clean up our water damage quickly, with with very little interference in our home.

I had Bryon and Tracy install two gas lines, one for a new range and one for a gas fireplace insert in addition to fixing a hose bib and running a waterline for a ice maker. Both were very friendly, clean and professional. The gas line for the fireplace required a bit of outside the box thinking as it was located in the middle of a large brick wall, surrounded by a tile floor and some interesting underpinning. All in all, they did a great job.

This company is run by scamming thieves. Never ever pay them a penny if they have not finished the job. They will take the money and run. The one 5 star review they have from Elizabeth Rowe is a scam as well- the company is owned by her family!!
