Best Water Heaters in Raleigh NC

We had a slow water leak. Wes made it out the next day. Provided excellent service and arrived right on schedule. We asked him to do a couple other small jobs the next day. Again, arrived right on time. Very professional and courteous service. We now know who to call in the future.

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Our hot water heater started leaking and our home warranty company contracted with Fasco to acquire and install our new one. Vickie went out of her way to speed up the process and they got our new one installed promptly. Easy to work with. The service guy was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently and carefully as our hot water heater was inside an interior closet. I can highly recommend Fasco.

Matthew came out to fix, replace and repair both of my laundry room faucets pipes from leaking water. He looked at the problem, explained what needed to be done and the cost. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Afterwards he test the water pipes to make sure everything worked, plus he cleaned up. I hired TCR Rooter to install a new hose bib/spigot in a place that was difficult to access with my existing garden hoses. They were able to give me a definitive estimate over the phone, which was very affordable. The actual work was done in all of 30 minutes by a friendly and professional plumber, and it ended up coming in $50 less than the quote over the phone. The other estimate we received from a different company was more than double what TCR charged us. Very happy with the price, quality of the work, and my overall experience. They arrived on time (actually a little early). I will definitely use their plumbing services in the future.

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

I would definitely recommend this company for both new installs and repairs. We just had some preventative maintenence done on the new unit they installed for us earlier this year. Our technician, Kevin B. Was super professional amd nice and took the time to explain everything and also look at our older unit upstairs. This company has always been timely and responsive with all our ac/heating needs.

I don't recommend peaches plumbing. They give a good estimate but leave the work undone and don't return your calls after receiving the payment in full.
I had a list of plumbing issues including replacing a toilet, changing a sink faucet, cleaning the garbage disposal, fixing the drains of two sinks, and installing an expansion tank and its draining pipe.
The plumber I worked with, Josh, came and inspected the issues and gave me a quote.
Once he started, he found a new leaky pvc pipe above the expansion tank he was going to install and fixed it for free, which I appreciate, but my major issues where sealing (reinstalling) a toilet, fixing a faucet, and cleaning the garbage disposal, which he never delivered!
He charged me in full and disagreed when I asked him to pay half halfway and the rest when all is delivered. Also I agreed to pay extra for installing the toilet, which he broke during sealing it due to a rusty bolt as he said, and the new faucet (he said the washer is off and better buy a new one). Once he received the PayPal payment, he never responded my calls and texts to install the toilet and the fauset he asked me to purchase.
I eventually had to get someone to fix my toilet and faucet separately, which of course cost me a lot of money and time.

I DON'T recommend peaches plumbing if you want to get your job done!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew was very responsive. He provided a quote based on the anticipated issue to help me understand the potential cost of the repair. Also, I asked him to flush my water heater and he educated while while he did it so that I could it myself the next. Overall he did a very good job and I would recommend.

Clearly explained the problem I was having, gave options for how to fix it, and quickly did the repair. Great experience!

Mike and the rest of the Waite team are fantastic to work with. We had to get PB removed in our home after having a pretty bad water leak (along with several small ones in our crawlspace over the years), which was the final straw with that problematic piping in our home.

Mike and team came and put in new PEX piping and gave us options that made sense for us. They also worked on recommendations for a water heater in the future (by our request, they were not pushy at all or trying to get add ons) and offered to repair the drywall they'd have to remove to repipe and redo the shower valves (it was a very reasonable cost vs what we later had quoted from other vendors, but we declined and will do that ourselves).

Highly recommend Waite, they are class acts all around.

Never answered my phone calls. I called like 3 times a day for a whole week, Never called back, also emailed them same no response. Endup going with another business.
