Wes has been very helpful in my older home, installing a new hot water heater and a new kirchen sink. He always answers all my questions, multiple times and so easant and friendly. I have recommended him to friends.

We had a pretty gross issue with our pipes belching up dirty water. We called up Fasco and from there, the process was easy. We set up an appointment, got a confirmation text and email on the day of the appointment and the plumber even called me saying he was finished with his prior job early and wanted to see if it was ok to show up.

The work he did was excellent, he was professional and friendly. He told me how to do regular maintenance to prevent these issues while he was fixing the issue. The problem hasn't returned and I'm really glad I called them. Thanks Fasco, would recommend you to any of my friends.

Joe was always punctual, polite and considerate. He and Chris worked in my home for four days changing all the pipes. They did a great job. I later hired Joe to run a gas line for my new stove. Again, great job. Highly recommend.

Called Eugene about getting a water heater replaced, and was able to get it scheduled for the next day. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone after texting him pictures of the existing installation and dimensions of the space where the heater is located. Quote included removing the old water heater and the new one.
Crew was friendly and professional and completed the work within their promised time frame

She helped me in my decision on not putting anymore work to the 30year old unit that was a money pit and finding something affordable. This company gives you many options to choose from. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Mike the owner of Waite Plumbing did a fantastic job for me during the recent cold weather.
I returned home on a Saturday from being out of town and found that both outside faucets were frozen. I had removed the hoses but left the splitters connected. Both faucets were old and leaking. I was concerned when the weather warmed up on Monday a leak might occur while I was at work. Mike was so kind, he came out on a really cold Sunday and quickly replaced both faucets at a very reasonable price.
He is knowledgeable, dependable and honest, I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Honest, great communicators and do good work. The person who came out to do the bid 'sold' me on this company because he gave me some good advice and was clearly high integrity. The crew that did the work did a great job, and was joined by a supervisor checking up on the work. Ever wish the contractors you hired felt like partners in the project? These plumbers made me feel like that.
