Called on a Monday to make an appointment to have our back flow for my irrigation tested (per the city of Raleigh). Was able to get an appointment for Wednesday morning. I was sent a text the morning of telling me who was coming to my home and their experience. I then received a phone call from the tech notifying me of his arrive time. He was prompt and polite. The testing was done quickly and efficiently. I have used Midtown twice prior and they will continue to be my go to for plumbing needs.

We had the stem of the cold water lavatory to begin to siege. I called for a plumber to come and clean the stem or replace if necessary. The office made me aware that there would be a $100 service fee whether repairs were made or not. The fee would be waved if the repair cost over $300. A plumber was sent the same afternoon. The plumber arrived and looked at the faucet and immediately said he was going to his truck to prepare a quote. In less than 10 minutes he returned with a two option quote. Option 1-install a new faucet for $673.69. Option 2- Rebuild the faucet for $377.94. I committed that the quotes were ridiculous and I would get someone else. He then asked for his $100. I reluctantly paid the bill. I then called Cary Plumbing. I had to wait 4 days until they could get to me. Cary Plumbing arrived on time and cleaned the scale off the stem. It is working like new. Total cost $138.35. I am 75 years old and assume Weather Master thought they had easy pickings with a senior citizen.

Josh and his team at Peaches Plumbing made quick work of a rather serious leak in our bathroom. They were incredibly accommodating of my sporadic schedule and quickly discovered and repaired the problem area in our home. The worked quick and efficiently. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Triangle.

We had 2 different companies come to find and fix the source of a main line backup. When this happened just 3 months after the last one, we called roto rooter and they came within the hour. Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
