Best Water Treatment Installation in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

By talking with him I could really tell he was very trustworthy and honest. I believe good service deserves to be recognized. My home's sewage plumbing was old, 1920's in some spots, and it finally just wouldn't work anymore. It started to back up into the bathtub. Roto-Rooter had the equipment and technology to diagnose and repair the old plumbing very efficiently, and got the water flowing again in just a few hours. I was so impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. During the backflow test for our yearly safety inspections. We had a valve break in the off position. It was very late in the day on a hot July Friday afternoon, and our building was completely without water. 919-Plumber literally came to our rescue. Our water was back operational in no time. Excellent from start to finish! I called 15+ local plumbing companies on a Friday around 5pm, just went down the list on google. So glad William Parrish Plumbing was on that list. A pipe broke in half when a washer machine was being installed. We had to shut the water off. With 2 young kids, trying to figure out where we were going to stay, etc, I was stressed. By 7pm, the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. I can't tell you how appreciative we were to Scott for coming out so quickly and helping us!
