I hired TCR Rooter to install a new hose bib/spigot in a place that was difficult to access with my existing garden hoses. They were able to give me a definitive estimate over the phone, which was very affordable. The actual work was done in all of 30 minutes by a friendly and professional plumber, and it ended up coming in $50 less than the quote over the phone. The other estimate we received from a different company was more than double what TCR charged us. Very happy with the price, quality of the work, and my overall experience. They arrived on time (actually a little early). I will definitely use their plumbing services in the future.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I contacted Ck's Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal. The receptionist delivered great customer service and was able to give me a quote over the phone. They called to say they were on their way. They completed the job in no time and were polite. I will definitely recommend their services.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

My shower handle would not turn off the water. Eugene was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot the issue to an obscure part, replace the fixture, and made sure it worked before he left. I would recommend him again with no reservations.

Had my water heater start leaking bad late the other night, I was able to get it shut off and called Carolina Plumbing the next morning. They adjusted thier schedule and had it replaced the same day I called. Guys were awesome and very professional while working in my house even when I wasn’t there. Had a clog in my sewer main and these guys were out within the hour (at the end of the day) to fix this for me! Super quick, and very professional!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
