Best Water Restoration in Raleigh NC

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

With the report of Hurricane Michael on the news, I knew I needed to act fast on our waterline leak that was located in front of our house. Jayk's was recommended to us and I called with my problem. Jason sent a guy out right away and got the pipe replaced for us! What a RELIEF!!! If you ever need plumbing, call these guys! They REALLY do what they say on the side of their truck...We'll come running!

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Be careful. Schwartz Plumbing came out to look at a hot water heater that wasn't working and hit the reset button and charged me $150.00. The hot water heater continues to turn off, and apparently it was my fault because the technician didn't understand that the problem wasn't the reset button? So incorrect diagnosis but blame placed on customer.

Tech 3112 (Wayne) was very professional and honest with the consumer. Wayne looked over all concerns that I had as a consumer and that meant a lot to me. I had so many plumbers and contractors trying to CON me out of money for services I did not need!Wayne was honest and his honesty will keep Roto-Rooter as my main source of contact for plumbing and drain services. Wayne and Uros arrived within 2 hours of our call to clean our septic system (it was not an emergency call).They were very professional, explaining the process and answering all of our questions. Unlike other companies we have used, they took the time to explain things, (such as cleaning the filter yearly), that we could do to minimize any future problems. They also provided a booklet explaining things from A to Z. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

We called Redco plumbing around 11:30pm on a Friday night. A live human answered our call quickly (many other companies had an automated system that took forever) and he was responsive and got a team to our house within an hour. The two techs were here for almost 4 hours trying to figure out why our bathroom and first floor was flooding and the shower was backed up. These two guys were absolutely amazing. One if their machines broke trying to clear the pipes and the bigger machine got stuck because the issue was so big. Unfortunately, with a broken and stuck machine, there was nothing more to be done. By 9:30am one of the techs that was here overnight and another tech were here working on the issue. They fixed the issue, cleaned up and set us up to change out the pump so this doesn’t happen again. All three techs that we worked with went above and beyond and we will continue using them for all of our plumbing needs!!!
