I had a bad toilet clog for the second time. It took them less than a hour to fix the problem ! They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will only use them in the future!

Inital work fine but removed a closet door with no notice to me then did not put back on. Scheduled 3 visits for then to rehang and never showed for the scheduled times and will not respond to texts or voice mails.
Job not completed.

I called midtown plumbing on Friday for a kitchen sink that is backed up. They sent out a technician, Tim, to take a look. He attempted to fix a suspected clog but was unsuccessful. He then went into my crawl space and determined that my old pipes need replacing, and quoted me a price for the work. I paid over $200 for the time he spent that day, and we agreed that he and another employee would come Monday or Tuesday to complete the job. This morning (Monday) I called to ask when they would be coming, only to be told there was ‘a miscommunication’ and they couldn’t send anyone out until Friday. I pleaded with them to try to stand by what we had agreed to, timewise. The receptionist said she spoke with the owner and that he said there was nothing they could do to move my appointment sooner. My under sink piping was left taken apart and I suppose they expect me to wait a week without a functioning kitchen. I’m highly disappointed!

When I spoke with the owner in our ‘recorded phone call’ he acknowledged that the technician should not have promised the work could be done Monday or Tuesday without first speaking with the scheduler, and that he would talk with Tim about that. But of course he fails to acknowledge that in his public reply. Instead trying to make the customer feel responsible for the ‘misunderstanding.’ Wow.

Furthermore, a plumbing service was recommended to me by a family friend. I contacted this company and the owner was very sympathetic to my distress over my plumbing issue and came out all the way from Durham immediately on Tuesday and fixed the issue for $400 less than I was quoted by midtown plumbing. Now that’s service!!

1st, the appt was east to set up.2nd, Nahum and Jesus were on time, very professional and cordial.They assessed the problem, showed me several options (with no pressure) and then went ahead with the agreed upon fix.They had to work all day to fix the problem and they did a very professional job. (Our plumbing was put in ~~ 25 years years ago.)Could write a lot more, bottom line, William Parish has been my plumbing company for about a year, the only plumbing company I know I can trust.

Our technician Juan was amazing! He installed two bathroom sink faucets and adjusted our water pressure. Highly recommend! He was on time, professional, and a great communicator!

Excellent service! I called Rural to fix my hot water tank because a family member said they completed service on her hot water heater for much less $ than another company had quoted. I had my hot water tank looked at by my handyman prior to calling Rural because I wasn’t sure if the problem was due to a pipe or the tank itself. He told me that I had a leak in my expansion tank but I needed to call a plumber because he could not repair a gas unit. He said my 2008 heater was in good condition though.
I called Rural and told them That I needed an expansion tank replacement. They able to arrive in an hour. I was concerned they would try to talk me into replacing the tank entirely but it was never mentioned. They took my word regarding what I needed. The technician had the part with him and ready to go when he arrived. When he was finished, he took the time to show me how to turn the gas off to my unit if I happen to have issues in the future and made recommendations for insulation in my utility closet for winter to protect the hot water heater pipes. Very pleased with this company!

Their whole team was great! We got a fast call back from the owner, a team was at our house within an hour, and everyone was very helpful and professional in fixing our problem. Pricing was very fair. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs!
