Today is New Year’s Day! We have company in town. One of our toilets stopped flushing. I contacted Jason based on reviews; as I have a longtime plumber who is scheduled for tomorrow—I needed a plumber today! Jason came out. He was very professional and efficient from the start. Tree roots had grown into my sewer line causing it to back up. After having the tree removed I called around to get estimates for having the line replaced. Other companies including the one who first unstopped the line wanted to charge me multiple fews (visit, camera usage, etc) just to come out and give an estimate. Terry having dealt with this situation so many times before felt confident giving me an estimate over the phone after talking the situation over with me.

Two days later he was at my house first thing in the morning. The roots had grown into the line at a T intersection near the road just as he expected. By lunch time Brandon had that section of the line replaced and everything has been good since.

It cost me about half of what other companies told me the replacement would probably cost. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Ken from PlumbV came to our house last week to assure us that we needed the main water line from the meter to our house replaced. This was after we had another plumbing company come and came to that conclusion. There were no leaks in the house, so it must be the main water line. The other company's off the cuff estimate was very high so, I was definitely going to get others and one of my neighbors recommended PlumbV. Ken was very assuring and gave us a reasonable estimate, so we got on his calendar, which was sooner than our other company. Ken did the job very quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with Ken and PlumbV and now they are our go to plumber.

These people are professionals. I was in a bad spot with my sewer main. They came out and gave their professional opinion and a very reasonable quote. They were out the next week and had everything fixed in one day (try finding that anywhere else), literally everything including city inspections. They did the job the right way, the first time and at a better rate than others had given me. I will definitely only be doing business with this place from now on.

Starkey was really great. He took time to show me what was needed and what he was going to repair. He made sure I knew what was replaced and why. Very professional and punctual! I really appreciated his service today.

Called Optimal Plumbing this morning, was scheduled a same day appointment. The Tech arrived on time and fixed my issue with my toilet. Great customer service!!

I had been doing business with Newcomb for 33 years. I bought all my AC / Heating units from them and had a yearly contract for inspection twice a year. Last Dec 19, 2018 ?, i found that half of my down stairs was warm and the other half was cold. I knew what had happened, one of the trunk lines had come off the distribution box. I called service explaining the problem, the service call person did not understand ???? They sent a service person the next day, upon inspection inform me that my distribution box was disintegrating and the trunk line could not be hooked back up. I would have to make an appointment with the sales dept to schedule an estimate to replace my duct work. It is Dec 19th!!!!
I was so angry that they did not even try to to band-Aid the system to get me through Christmas. If they had I probable would have bought the new duck work thinking they were taking care of a 33 year customer.
I called a friend that night that is in the Heat & AC business and explained the situation. He was there the next day, connected a new 4 ft trunk line to my distribution box and said the box was fine!!! Charged my $0, Newcomb charged me $85 for what?
Here it is 7/31/19 all is well with my system.

I had a kitchen and bathroom remodel done by them. The new vanity and shower look amazing and work flawlessly. The kitchen looks very modern and was finished in a timely manner. Greats people to work with. Highly recommend
