Best Water Pipe Repair in Raleigh NC

We had a slow water leak. Wes made it out the next day. Provided excellent service and arrived right on schedule. We asked him to do a couple other small jobs the next day. Again, arrived right on time. Very professional and courteous service. We now know who to call in the future.

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Great Service, Professional, courteous and friendly. My well pump went bad, Luna, Travis, and Alex came out to replace the old 20 Year old pump. Our well sat at 600 feet deep and they had no problems pulling, replacing and making sure everything in the system checked out and worked perfect before they left. Even the secretary on the phone was very informational and understanding of the situation as well.

Needed a pressure reducing valve installed and Jose was great. Figured out the problem and had it installed in no time. Also got a leaky toilet fixed up while he was out. Jayk's did my hot water heater last year too and I'll be coming back to them for the next plumbing issue.

Had a problem with one of our toilets which was just installed a few days ago by Home Depot. It turned out the new toilet wasn't deep enough, and we were going to have to swap out two toilet bowls in our home which would have been a considerable amount of money. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and scheduled them to come on Monday. Joseph gave me an estimate over the phone so there would be no surprises. They were a bit early and sat in their truck. I mean whenever do service people arrive early! We let them in and Joseph inspected the toilets. After checking out the newly installed toilet, it was discovered the tank had not been properly tightened and was loose. Also the fill valve mechanism was over tightened and the piece had popped out which didn't allow the water to fill back up. Fixed that. Then the supply line was not tightened enough which would have caused a leak at some point. Home Depot also put the screws in upside down so the caps at the bottom of the bowl didn't go all the way down. By lowering the water level in the tank, it brought the water in the bowl to fill up about an inch or so less which solved our problem completely! So, they corrected all the problems and there was no need to swap the bowls! This saved us hundreds of dollars. The cost for the visit was extremely reasonable, and both Joseph and Chris were as helpful and professional as they could be. There are a great many plumbing companies to choose from, and I can honestly say we are so glad we called them! Bottom line, my family and I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Update: It became necessary to switch the toilets which was the original plan. Chris came over ON TIME and changed both bowls himself. He was so polite and professional. When it came time to pay, they deducted the amount from the last visit! My family was so surprised and grateful! Prompt professional, experienced and more than fairly priced! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is exceptional and has excellent customer service! I am definitely recommending them to my friends and family.

Outstanding customer service. Courteous. Prompt. Diligent. Thorough. What else can one ask for? Joseph arrived at the house and he was ready to go. Shoe covers on, tools in hand, and went straight to work on our kitchen plumbing and garbage disposal. I was impressed by how efficiently he and his colleague operated. Even after the project was completed, they stayed extra time to test everything and make sure it was working optimally. Incidentally, they noticed some aging in our sink pan and offered to caulk the borders as a courtesy. Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

Be careful. Schwartz Plumbing came out to look at a hot water heater that wasn't working and hit the reset button and charged me $150.00. The hot water heater continues to turn off, and apparently it was my fault because the technician didn't understand that the problem wasn't the reset button? So incorrect diagnosis but blame placed on customer.

My experience with Cape Fear AC was wonderful. Starting with Kelly in the office to Brandon the technician. Highly recommend !! 10 stars!
