I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I got a couple of estimates for installing a tankless gas water heater and Poole's was the least expensive and felt most knowledgable during the estimation process. The technicians who actually came out to do the installation were great, very professional, did good work and didn't mind me asking a lot of questions. The job turned out to be a little more complicated than expected but they stuck to the estimate. Also, when it came time for it to be inspected, Poole's made this process go very smooth as well. I would definitely recommend them for any tankless water heater installation.
