Daniel and Brad showed up on time and called before to tell me that they were their way (thank you). They spent a decent time checking everything. What I really liked is that they made an objective reporting with pictures with what they identified as potentially problematic in the future without pushing for a sale. Now I know where the risk on my AC units are, and I know what it would cost.Thank you very much.

Weathermaster literally came to the rescue when we returned from quarantining at our beach house to find 2 broken AC units at home. The company we had used for years was unsympathetic and then did not even send a technician as promised. Weathermaster promptly scheduled a service call and then kept us posted with regular updates until the job was completed. I am now a devoted customer of this top-notch company!

There is absolutely no way I would ever use there guys again- run and run FAST! After cutting four holes into my wall, they blame a simple leak on the builder (shower pan) and charge me $252. After three months of contractors coming in and out to fix a false issue, it turns out the diagnosis was a simple slow leak out of the crimp... the owner refuses to reimburse me the misdiagnosis which has now racked up a bill over $800!

Use Michael and Sons or anyone but Poole's... between this and forgetting to connect neighbors homes to the sewer pipe lines during construction, they have been blacklisted in our neighborhood.

I've used Bolton Service for my A/C maintenance & Electrical since I bought my house in 2009. Everyone who has come out is kind and honest. But, Curtis Snipes, is one my favorite AC techs! He's professional, kind, and not about pressure salesmanship. The best!

They canceled on us twice before they made it out to our house . The salesman was amazing at first . They did a terrible job and we saw no improvement in cooling our upstairs. They left trash in our attic and blocked our attic access door. The kid technician had a tantrum on my wife when she asked him a question . Then our bill came and they over charged us . The salesman hasn't returned our calls . Would not recommend .

One of your drivers just cut me off in traffic and almost ran me into a wall in Chino, CA. License plate ending in 90L1. He had a buddy who was the passenger and he was laughing as I was trying to not wreck my car. I have a picture of the vehicle.
