Best Tub Repair in Raleigh NC

We noticed a few days ago that water has been entering our pantry for a while, and has already damaged the floor. This morning we realized it was coming from the washing machine. Called Ben Franklin, and they got a guy here within 2 hours. The fellow knew what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem as related to an inadequate laundry drain pipe. He thought the best solution would be to replace the drain from the laundry room down through the crawl space to the far corner of the house. He warned me that it wouldn't be cheap, and would take a day of work. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole job was finished before 4 PM.

Had a nasty leak somewhere on the second floor. They were able to locate it and perform the repair. Matthew explained everything and was kind and professional. I will continue to use Golden Rule Plumbing without hesitation.

Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself.

Have not heard back from them to this day.

Eugene and Denis are great! I'd highly recommend this company. They were quick to respond, available to work with multiple schedules and arrived 100% prepared and on time. Denis did an excellent job completely replacing our toilet with a new unit that had a different shape and was a smaller size. He was also very kind and patient. I had to take the 1st toilet I bought back to Lowes & exchange due to a crack & Denis was kind enough to wait for me. You can't find many people out there that would do that! He was very neat & cleaned up EVERYTHING. That's nearly an anomaly these days! I think he left my bathroom cleaner! Ha! He also packaged everything up in the box, took my old toilet away for me & was very respectful and professional! I'd recommend Denis & the art of plumbing to anyone who has any plumbing needs in wake county! Thanks Eugene & Denis! I hope not to need your help anytime soon but if I do have any other plumbing problems, your my 1st call. I will recommend you to my neighbors as well!

Moved air tank to a more suitable location, installed new ball valves, installed new lines, and wrapped new lines with high quality thick insulation. Craftsmanship was excellent! I can't say enough good tings about PK Plumbing. Edwin is responsive, flexible, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly (sink replacement and toilet repair), provided a quote, and then began work. Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
