Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

Had a pipe burst in the ceiling wall when I came home from work late at night. Called Plumbing Services of Raleigh the very next day and talked to David, and he literally showed up 7 minutes later. No Joke. He located the broken pipe, and explained the situation in detail about why it happened and answered all of my questions. I was actually exhausted from the night before (from being waterless) and had not thought much about the pricing, but it was very competitive. It was a great surprise since I've used other plumbing companies before. Can't say thank you enough.

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

During the backflow test for our yearly safety inspections. We had a valve break in the off position. It was very late in the day on a hot July Friday afternoon, and our building was completely without water. 919-Plumber literally came to our rescue. Our water was back operational in no time. Edwin Lazo has answered my distress call twice in the past 8 months. He has always been prompt, courteous and provided excellent plumbing services. The last service call had him digging and moving 20 feet of water lines during a pouring driving rainstorm. He maintained his usual cheerful attitude the entire time. Mr. Lazo is my go-to plumber. He is simply the best.
