The guys did a great job replacing the fixtures in both showers this trip. Last time out they replaced the hot water heater. They were on time, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves!!!! I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

My experience with Michael & Son Services is my first experience with the company. I called on Sunday after finding out we had a serious water leak. Within in two hours Frank was at our door. He was courteous and professional. He had determination to find out problem and a solution. After understanding the issue, Frank went through every detail of exactly what needed to happen and explained in detail the cost of the job. He had a tablet which everything was itemized and clear. He went to work.Frank was friendly and responsive throughout the job if I had questions or was just plain curious. Frank, we knew is a 20 year veteran from the text I received letting me know he was on his way to our home. Right away I felt this situation, which was stressful, was in good hands. I felt cautious, as anyone would dealing with an expensive situation. After meeting Frank, I knew the money would be well spent, and I had made the best decision going with Michael & Son.In the future I will be using the many other services provided.In my opinion, you will make a good decision choosing Michael & Son.
