Another great review for Eugene. I called him in to do annual maintenance on a tankless Rinnai water heater. He was affordable and seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. Other companies were more expensive and not as personal.
He was not always the fastest on texting/calling back but I think that is because he is working hard! Recommended.

We came home to a leak in the garage, but couldn't figure out if it was coming from inside the wall or from the water heater. James was the on-call plumber from Schwartz; he showed up at 8pm and stuck around until well after 10pm helping figure things out. He returned the next day to install a new water heater, and had that knocked out in less than two hours. The leak was unexpected and frustrating to deal with -- but James was incredibly professional and very nice. We didn't have a go-to plumber beforehand, but we do now!

Got an issue with roots growing into the sewer line. Matt came. Very professionally showed me what we can find using the camera. He helped break the roots using drain jetting tools and solved the issue. Also helped scheduled for the pipe replacement. Very good and timely service.

We had been experiencing a shortage of hot water. We called yesterday and asked for service. The Newcomb team arrived to today and in a matter of 15 minutes had identified the problem. In another 10 minutes, the team fixed the problem. In the process, the team befriended our dog!
We are grateful for Newcomb and Company with whom we have had a contract for several decades.
