What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

They came out to repair one of my AC units. The technician came out - was quite arrogant but I left him alone. He came with his diagnostic which I later found out was wrong. They charged me almost $300 for diagnostic even he was only at my site for 35 minutes. They never send me an invoice but just charged my credit card. Calling them - they never call back. I have used several HVAC companies and this one comes down as the absolute worse!!!

Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.

Customer for many years and was always pleased until my last service call. The technician wanted me to sign a new contract when I still had five months left on my present contract. He argue with me as to the fact that I still had time left. I contacted the company and was not happy with the customer service agent I spoke to. He defended the actions of the technician. Told me to have a nice day in a sing song way. Very rude of him. A company is only as good as they treat their customers. I’m very disappointed in them.

Doalton and Charlie from 1-800-Plumber, arrived around 8:30 am to assess our damage and get my approval to proceed. Later, the owner (?) and another associate showed up and the four of them proceeded to tear up our stained ceiling.

Holes were cut near each of the two ceiling stains. Hand probing could detect no moisture near the perimeter of each of the holes. A third hole was cut with similar results. In the meantime, water was run in all upstairs showers, toilets. tubs and sinks: still no moisture.

Meanwhile, Charlie, who was flushing the toilet in our “purple” bathroom, notice that it was loose on its base and rocked when pushed aside. That action was followed by a small flow of water near one of the holes. Further inspection exposed a faulty connection of toilet to base: it’s flange was higher than the surrounding tile. This meant that when the toilet was flushed and tilted slightly, water leaked around the outflow tubing, ran along the outside of that tubing, and dripped off it at its lowest points above the stains.

Two solutions were presented. First, replace the flange. That would entail hand shaping the replacement, and would involve tearing up some of the tiles. Second, replace the toilet with one that sat lower on its flange. The second was chosen based on its being much cheaper and much less destructive.

It is 2:30 pm, the toilet is installed, their mess is cleaned up as best as could be done, and their trash is being hauled away as I type.

Long job, difficult issue, but well done. And the overall price, though higher than we initially assumed, was fair for all the time and labor.

Kenny showed up on time to do the repair work on my two toilets. I just wanted you to know that Kenny did an outstanding job. Kenny was professional, engaging, efficient and informative. Not only that but he showed real respect for my situation. When I let him know that I would be keeping my distance and wearing a mask, he showed no displeasure. Add to that, he came into my home wearing a mask (which I did not request); and he wore his mask anytime he was in my home.
So Kenny fixed the running toilet, starting working on the leaking toilet but let me know he could replace that one TODAY. So now I have two working toilets! Outstanding!

Newcomb did a drain repair on one of my bathroom sinks for the previous homeowner in order for us to close on the house. Eight months later, the drain is damaged in the exact same place. They will no honor this warranty. Less than a year for a repair means this company has to do shoddy work. They said it would be $139/hr for them to even come and determine if it was under warranty. I will never use this plumber and I caution anyone reading this to follow the same.

Edwin was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and keeps the customer informed about next steps. He replaced our main water line, which was not an easy task. I now have a good, reliable plumber I can call on when needed.

Clay and Cam were excellent! They fixed the issue at a reasonable price, were professional, and knowledgeable. I will be using this company (and preferably Clay and Cam) for any plumbing and electric services in the future as it is a relief to know honest, trustworthy, and solid people like this as a homeowner.

The team was amazing! I can’t remember the plumbers name but, shouldn’t be hard to figure out because he was 6’9”. Despite him being a large man he was very nice and professional. Walked me through everything and did a amazing job. Caleb Hempphill brought a team and really made me feel relieved after they got all the water cleaned up from our ceiling. The whole team was great but, those two will have me recommending progressive service to all my neighbors and friends! Thanks again guys!
