Best Repairs in Raleigh NC

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

We noticed a few days ago that water has been entering our pantry for a while, and has already damaged the floor. This morning we realized it was coming from the washing machine. Called Ben Franklin, and they got a guy here within 2 hours. The fellow knew what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem as related to an inadequate laundry drain pipe. He thought the best solution would be to replace the drain from the laundry room down through the crawl space to the far corner of the house. He warned me that it wouldn't be cheap, and would take a day of work. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole job was finished before 4 PM.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

I highly recommend Joseph and Matthew at Golden Rule Plumbing!! I had a few other plumbers come to our house and NONE of them would actually diagnose the root cause of our plumbing/sewage problem; they merely charged us for the visit and told us we needed to call someone else. However, when I spoke to Joseph at Golden Rule, HE was willing to work with us and actually get under our house to see what was causing our problems! He showed us pictures of a pipe that had come loose and was flooding the crawl space. He was the ONLY one (along with Matthew) who was willing to FIX it AND put in a new water heater (that no longer worked)!! I am incredibly grateful for Joseph!! As the name of his company implies, he truly does do unto others! He was very professional and specific and KNEW what he was doing!! He didn't give us any runaround! Had a great experience with Daniel Brothers doing some water damage repair along with kitchen remodeling. We also had a minor problem creep up 7 months later and they had someone come out and replace that with no issue. Definitely recommend.

They came out quickly to check my back flow device. They showed up when they said they would and were quick. It was easy to pay online after the service, i like that i didn't have to find my checkbook.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Our water heater was not working (no hot water!). I called Mike on Sunday at around 9:30. He was very professional, honest, and detailed. He was at my house at 10:10, and completed the repair by 10:30. He patiently explained the issue to me and also how to prevent it from happening again. I would 100% recommend Raleigh Water Heater Guys to anyone who with plumbing or water heater issues!
