Best Repair Furnace Installation in Raleigh NC

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Service Experts was very responsive and got someone out to us right away. Daniel M was very knowledgeable, provided great advice, and got our AC running immediately.

We used WM for a basic repair of a leak in our older shower. The person who took our call said it would be $99 to come out and assess the problem. However they also said that if the repair was over $300, they would deduct the $99 from the bill. We were quoted $400 - $500 for the job after their plumber came over to examine the problem. When they finally fixed the issue (it took two weeks), the out the door price was $609. When I asked about the $99 service call charge being deducted from our bill, I got a whole line of different excuses why they wouldn't be giving us the $99 back. The owner did call me a few days later but got kind of worked-up on the phone over the issue; then I had to argue with the plumber at length before they said they would refund me back $68 plus tax.I very much resent having to fight these guys about their own refund policy. They also claimed they could not guarantee their work because the water pressure on our house was too high (110). Funny thing is that over the years, we've used various plumbers and not a single one ever mentioned that issue to us.However it’s now 10 days later and we have been contacted by the same company. The woman on the phone was very nice and understood our problem. They sent another plumber out (Brandon) who was a great guy in every way AND was able to fix our leak.Thus I’ve edited this review to move it up to 3 stars. However if I can figure out how to do a separate review — just for him — I will give him 5 stars. Very pleased with Brandon, a real credit to the profession and company!

I had 3 employees come by recently for a AC installation since my last one stopped working. Quick and easy installation. Kenny, Joe, and Austin were all very professional and courteous of my time during the workday. Would recommend to others.

My technician, Miguel, arrived promptly within the 2 hr service window for our annual A/C check and maintenance. Miguel thoroughly explained what he was going to do and made sure all my questions were answered. He spent a lot of time going over everything, cleaning and fixing what he could. I received a detailed report of the A/C system and Miguel sent photos and a summary of his work and what he recommends. Friendly, professional and very thorough.

Our experience with Phillip was outstanding. He was prompt the first visit on our service contract and after some very helpful advice he was back 3 days later to do the upgrades/work and again, right on time.Very friendly technician and we hope he will be our technician when our bi-annual service check comes up.Blantons customer service has always been very professional and quick to resolve/answer any questions.Thank you again!!

We remodel homes for a living and this company of guys are by far the most professional and easy to work with. Oscar Joseph is my management contact and he knows how to make it happen. David did our full replacement of our current remodels HVAC system. He did an outstanding job. Man knows his stuff. Roy and Adam did all of the plumbing and prepared the house for all plumbing trim, dishwasher lines and made sure we were going be able to meet code. Their knowledge and work ethic is fantastic. Today Derek and Dominic came to install the shower trim, toilet, adjust the toilet flange, and all the faucets, etc. Once again top notch professionalism and work. From start to finish and follow up by Oscar Joseph throughout the process I will only use 1-800 Plumber + Air for all my future investments. This is how a company should be ran.
