I had work done by another plumber that made a complete mess of everything. RTP plumbing came recommended after the fact and repaired all the problems the last plumber left. Wes was on time and in constant communication with me throughout the process. His responsiveness was impressive and his knowledge and quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend RTP plumbing for all plumbing needs. I will definitely use them should the need arise in the future.

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

Best in Durham area. Friendly, reasonable, and professional. Most recently, Jose, showed up to repair a water heater issue and didn't charge after realizing it was an easy fix. Most plumbers in the area would not do that.

I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. So thankful for Golden Rule Plumbing! They came out on a Saturday morning with very short notice when our main plumbing line was backed up. Excellent service, very caring, compassionate and kind. They also came out when we had a possible mouse situation. Always going above and beyond helping out of stressful situations!

These guys are great. My mother's house had the pipes burst due to extreme high PSI from the town supply. We were lucky to catch them with time and they jumped right in and got our house completely re-piped in a single day. Amazing and I honestly still cannot believe they pulled this off. Great people. I had a very easy initial phone call to set up a plumbing appointment for repairs I needed in my home.

Earl came to my house on time and provided a call 15min ahead of arrival. He came by to look at a few plumbing repairs and was very friendly and honest. He removed a kitchen faucet for me where I had a tough time doing the job myself and then installed the new faucet I had purchased from Lowe's. He also looked at two toilets of mine that were leaking and provided his assistance at a complimentary fee. In addition, he left me with a new fill valve and stopper for my use so that I can make the replacement myself to help save me some extra $. I appreciated that he was willing to teach a new homeowner how to diagnose problems and make the repairs to avoid having to call a plumber next time.
