I called RTP Plumbing because we had the shower head gooseneck break off, leaving us without a working shower and a tough repair. RTP came with high marks from NextDoor so I called. They made an appointment for the next day, in the weekend, and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes! Friendly, professional, and great value! I strongly recommend RTP Plumbing!

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

Great customer service and the technician was knowledgeable in all the things I asked him about. Even recommended a company to redo the sheet rock in our ceiling. Especially, since we have a home warranty.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

I have had plumbing problems in my home since I moved in 16 years ago. I am more grateful for Midtown Plumbing that I can express. I have NO plumbing problems now. All the old stuff has been redone by Midtown and it all works perfectly. This is the very best plumbing concern in the Triangle and I have tried all the 'name brands' and wasted quite a bit of money. They are prompt, pleasant, KNOWLEDGABLE, and pleasant to work with.

Long story short, we elected to replace our aging furnaces and air units with new, higher efficiency systems and convert our house over from LP to natural gas.I really can't say enough about the professionalism and expertise displayed by every single person I've dealt with from Service Experts throughout this whole process. Bryan Costello was also very helpful in finishing up once the gas company got the meter installed, and showed us everything the new thermostats could do.The new system is heating and cooling like a dream and runs so much more quietly than the old system. Love it!I've dealt with a lot of companies and services in my life, and I can honestly say I've rarely been this pleased with the experience.

Eugene did a lot of work to modernize my 36 year old home. Very happy with the quality of work done. Eugene was communicative, knowledgeable, and punctual.

We have been using Robb plumbing for about three years now. They are super responsive and always send someone out quickly. Carlton is the main plumber that typically responds. He is AMAZING.

We leave a list of plumbing things we need done and Carlton knocks every one of them off quickly / with excellence - and leaves a note letting me know just what has been done.

Was not able to land a job with the company but was hired by a larger company one week later

I called Schwartz when I didn't have hot water in my home and I was unable to lite the pilot of my water heater. They came quick for an emergency call, which I appreciated.

I'm giving two stars because I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Within seconds, the tech who came said I needed a new water heater. With the unit being 9 years old, I understood and was ready to replace it. However, I was quoted around $4,000 to have the work done, which seemed extremely high.

I ended up going with another service that cost $1,700 in total including the new water heater and service.

My main issue with Schwartz is that the reason my water was cold was because the main gas line was not operating, not that the unit failed. The tech went out to where the main gas line is, and instead of telling me that I simply needed to turn my gas on (my own first time homeowner mistake), he immediately gave me the large quote.

With what I know now, I'd expect for the gas supply to be the first thing a tech checks when working with a water heater. So either he did know and wanted to charge me for a new unit anyway when I didn't need it, or he didn't know and didn't do his due diligence.
