Our upstairs unit wasn't working and Air Experts Heating and Cooling were able to have a technician out to our house within a couple hours of our call. Shawn was on time, professional and very helpful. He answered our many questions clearly and provided lots of pertinent information that will help us move forward with our a c. Issues.We used Air Experts for a downstairs a.c. instillation a few years ago and that was a great experience as well. This company provides great service and employs skillful technicians. Plumber William arrived within the promised timeframe, was professional, courteous, detailed, and tidy, fixing our backed up toilets quickly and leaving the whole area even cleaner than he found it.Yes this company is a Little more expensive than calling the guy down the street, but Roto Rooter was available when we needed it (late Sunday night), and lived up to their long-earned reputation. Raleigh Heating and Air has been my HVAC company for several years. I've had good luck with them so far. Yesterday our upstairs air went out in the afternoon. I called Raleigh Heating and Air. Initially the weren't able to dispatch a tech until the next day but after I described my problem, the changed up their schedule and got a tech out to our house within a few hours. Fortunately it was a quick and easy fix (capacitor...duh) and I was back in action in no time. Thanks!!
